Good coffee from the machine and an acceptable breakfast. However, when we arrived at 5 AM on February 16th, 2025, no one opened the door for almost 15 minutes. The staff member who eventually showed up was clearly just waking up and gave the weak excuse that he was preparing breakfast and didn’t hear the bell—despite it being impossible not to hear, and the breakfast requiring no real preparation. Later in the afternoon, they entered our room without asking, simply because it was their usual time to do so, giving my girlfriend and me a big fright. Nevertheless, I would repeat, good value.

Really great experience at this hotel. Please be aware that the rooms are very small, but for me personally I really enjoyed that. Service is excellent and the staff are very kind and can give you tips on where to visit in the city. The location is great, you're never more than a 20 minute walk to where you need to be. Would definitely visit again, but maybe for 2-3 nights max.

It was my first time in Luxembourg, and I stayed at this hotel with my brother. The service and the warm atmosphere were just incredible. When we arrived, there was a super polite guy at the front desk. He greeted us so warmly and explained everything in detail. You could tell he really cared. We asked him about nightlife recommendations, and he said we could just come back to him later if we needed more info. And that’s exactly what we did. We woke up at 3 AM, went to the front desk, and he immediately asked if we wanted something to eat. Such a thoughtful gesture! We ended up eating in the lobby while chatting with him. It was such a fun conversation, lots of laughs, and it honestly felt more like visiting friends than staying at a hotel. Long story short: 5 stars for the service, the atmosphere, and for making us feel so welcome. I’ll definitely be back!

Lovely rooms (ours was a bit like a furnace with the windows closed), service was nice and the location is practical, sadly though at night you have to watch out as there's groups of 'unsavoury characters' clumped around the neighbourhood who will offer you drugs, which might be a bonus for some people to be honest.

This place is ok, the staff are very friendly and let me store my bag after check out. The room, even though it was a double, is pretty small, but only used for sleeping so it was fine. Their wifi is unfortunately patchy, but it’s not a far walk into the main centre. Included breakfast was good - cereals, fruit juice, pastries, breads, cheeses and deli meats with eggs as well.

I had a great stay! The staff were so incredibly warm and welcoming, making sure that I took advantage of all the freebies (there's a lot included!) and that I was fully happy with my room. Bogdan especially took good care of me, for example, I asked him for advice on where to visit and he printed out some forms etc, and gave me the perfect plan! I didn't have to do anything more, and when I googled information I saw he was fully comprehensive. If you get him, you're lucky! The location is also great, and Bogdan let me know all transportation is free, and recommended stops for the best views etc , all within less than 10mins!

Great breakfast and staff. The room and washroom was tired. It needs a bit of a freshen up but bed was comfy. Close to major sites by free transit.

Great location, so close to transport, which is free, btw. Clean clean bathrooms, lovely room, could do with a fan for summer but that's a small thing. The staff (especially Bogdan) are amazing and so helpful and friendly. Couldn't fault my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
