Stayed there for two nights with the family. The room was clean, staff were welcoming and the atmosphere was relaxing. Free parking available at the hotel premises. Location is close to the city but not in the city, which was convenient for us. Would have given a 5 star rating but I had two comments: 1) we requested a crib for our new born and this was done days before our arrival but we didn’t get one. Good thing we had a plan B in place. 2) the second day in the morning breakfast, they were out of boiled eggs, which was not convenient for me personally. Overall, experience was positive and our family enjoyed the stay, thank you!

The location was great for getting in and out of downtown Montreal and the breakfast was good and had both veg and non veg options - scrambled and boiled eggs, potatoes, beans and sausages, instant oats, waffles, fruit, croissants, coffee/tea, etc. The service staff at breakfast was quick, competent and very attentive and pleasant. However, we were not happy with our room - the beddings smelled very strongly of bleach which was a very unpleasant experience and kept us awake most of the night. The floors of the room and the washroom were dirty and didn't seem like they had been swept or mopped in a while.

Clean and nicely designed hotel especially since me and my wife are very picky and I was a travel agent so i'm very sensitive about service. Breakfast was also good and always stocked until 10am. A brigde distant from Old Montreal but it was worth it since it has free parking and free breakfast. Best hotel you can get with that price. Next time i'm going back there again.

Decent clean hotel rooms at a reasonable price. The continental breakfast was ok kinda disappointing with the staff and the fact that you can’t bring ur breakfast to your room is a bit weird. What if you’re feeling sick to be eating around people. We are a family of 4 and the dining area was so crowded when i thought we could dine in our room the asian lady stopped me and told me to leave my food.

I booked a room here at the last minute for a very reasonable price. What I found was a large room full of antique furniture and 2 comfortable beds. The included breakfast was also good. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Google
Overall it was fine, big rooms and bathrooms that are clean and ample parking. They offer housekeeping every 2 days which is reasonable in my opinion. The Asian ladies in the breakfast area are a little rude, I feel like the hotel needs to revisit their policy of taking food to the rooms, I wasn’t feeling well so my husband wanted to bring me breakfast to my room and he was not allowed.

Everything about this hotel and our stay was 5-Star+++.|So quiet, so clean, and ohhh... so comfy!! Once in our room, we heard nothing and slept soundly. :)|The upgrade to the Junior Suite was an unexpected and sweet deal!!|The bathroom is huge with a wonderful walk-in shower! |The included self-serve breakfast (both hot and cold) was well-stocked and excellent!|It was a last-minute decision to stop here overnight. We arrived exhausted and left totally refreshed.|From the free parking to the final good-bye, everything was fantastic. :)|We will definitely choose Hotel Brossard as our "go-to" for future stays!|Kudos to everyone on the team!!!

Extremely disappointed …the hotel was very nice however when I booked this hotel through Expedia and clicked on the amenities of pet friendly, this hotel came up. I had a dog brought the dog through the front lobby and up to the room approximately 45 minutes later they asked me to leave the hotel because I had an animal. That’s fine. I went downstairs asked for my $250 deposit back and they refused to give it to me. So for 45 minutes not only did I pay $140 for the hotel room that I didn’t stay in they also kept my $250 deposit. They were extremely rude. The staff was not nice. They did not treat me very well and none of this was my fault I wasn’t in that room long enough for this hotel to keep $390 of my money for cleaning or anything else. They just took it. They kept it for no reason and it is the worst service I’ve ever received in any hotel I’ve stayed in. On top of that they kept pointing to their sign in the front lobby that says no pets which had no pictures and it’s in French. I don’t speak French. Worst experience ever I don’t recommend.

Yelp
Took a trip to Montreal with my daughter. Decided to stay across the river in Brossard to avoid any craziness with traffic and parking. The structure of the hotel is beautiful. Reminds me of a small manor from England. The room was spacious with an unbelievably large bathroom and a generous shower. The lack of bathtub did not phase me as I only shower. The breakfast area was ample enough and had a large selection of food that was good. Only negative was the lack of the view from the front of the hotel. It looks directly upon the major thoroughfare in front of it and very little of the bridge . Would recommend and would stay there again.

Yelp
I needed to change the dates of my stay because my daughter was taken to the hospital with sepsis. I was not looking to cancel, just reschedule. 28 documented phone calls to the hotel over the course of 2 days resulted in nothing but marketing recordings. Not one human being answered the phone over 2 days. The 28 calls are not a made up number or exaggeration, they are documented in my phone's call history. When they finally responded to an email, they admitted they were having problems with their phone system but not only did not offer any accommodation for those problems, but suggested I was exaggerating the number of calls. The hotel itself is fine, I have stayed there several times, but the customer service may be the worst I have ever encountered

Yelp
My family and I spent two nights at Hotel Brossard last week, our first visit to Canada! We decided to stay just over the bridge from Montreal to take advantage of the free parking, WiFi and breakfast. Upon arrival we were impressed with the hotel stature, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff ( who also were happy to accommodate by speaking English) Room were spacious, huge bathroom, comfortable beds. The TV was very small. My only real complaint was the breakfast area--it is way too small for the size of hotel and amount of guests. Both mornings there was not enough seating and you are stumbling over each other trying to get food. The second morning we just left and ate elsewhere rather then try and find a seat.

Yelp
Generally speaking a very loud & noisy hotel. Several guests were at front desk complaining about loud noise levels. - Guests next door checked in past midnight. Very noisy - service desk did nothing - All the hotel room doors slam hard & loud. There's no rubber dampeners on door frame, and the door operators are setup to shut door fast & hard. The walls in the room shake when other doors in the hallway shut close. - Lots of black mold in washroom. Shower area had mold along all edges/ corners. - Low water pressure, with constant hot/ cold water fluctuation. Impossible to take a shower without constantly adjusting water taps. - A guest next door brought their own radio and played it very loud. Heard a woman screaming and a man yelling profanity. The odor of marijuana was coming in my room, not sure from which room it was coming from. Hotel Brossard has a no smoking policy but they do not enforce it because it's impossible to figure out which occupants are smoking. - The cleaning person left behind their cleaning rag on the sink faucet. Very sloppy. - Bathroom towels were not exchanged even though it was requested. - Laminate floor in room kept moving around when walking over it. Very poor hotel maintenance. - Broken AC electrical receptacles in room exposing dangerous live current. - The shared guest microwave on the main floor was very dirty inside. - The location of hotel Brossard forces you to drive on the highway anywhere you want to go. The access to secondary streets was blocked with concrete blocks. This is a big inconveneince if you want to go to local restaurants because you have to drive min. 10 kms in a loop to arrive to Taschereau Blvd where the restaurants are located. - I would strongly advise anyone, whether travelling alone or with others to avoid this hotel. It is by far the worst hotel I've had the misfortune of experiencing.

Yelp
Hotel is well located but a little sad. I showed up for a 3 night booking and asked to cancel one of the 3 nights and that was declined.

Yelp
This hotel is beautiful. The staff were all really nice and helpful. I stayed in the junior suite and it was really spacious. The room seemed very clean, as well as, the hotel itself. The bed was super comfortable and I got a great night sleep. Breakfast is what you would expect, nothing to grand, but has plenty of options. It's just outside the city, but I would recommend it over staying in the actual city. There is no parking fee here unlike in the city, and it's not a far drive.
