Hotel Bucaneve - Hotel Wellness

Amazing stay at Hotel Bucaneve! Less than 5 minute walk to the Cretaz ski lift and centrally located in Cervinia. Room was very spacious and the hotel had a very charming decor. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Our room had a great view of the Matterhorn. Breakfast was fantastic and the spa was great too with many amenities. Would absolutely recommend this place and would love to stay here again.

Overall we had a wonderful experience at Hotel Bucaneve and in Cervinia with friendly service in the hotel and across the resort. The service at the hotel was brilliant, as were the location and facilities. We skied 4 days during the Christmas holidays and were lucky with good snow and two days of sunny weather. Access to the hotel by car was straight-forward so we could load all our gear into the well equipped ski room. Breakfast was hearty with everything you could ask for and access to the slopes is a very short walk (100m) from the hotel. One of our party of 6, rented ski gear, across the street from the hotel, where they received a discount because we were staying at the Bucaneve. After skiing we spent time in the pool, hot tub, saunas and hamman as well as taking advantage of daily specials in the spa which were very reasonably priced. We loved the warm and cosy atmosphere in the lounges and bar and had a lovely apres-ski G&T one evening. We booked three rooms for our party of 6, all of which were on the same floor and faced the main street. The rooms were immaculately clean and even with the window open there was no noise during the night. We would highly recommend this hotel for families or couples and will certainly return to see Renato.

Nice and cozy small hotel situated near the lifts, just 100m to walk. Also very close to all the restaurants in the area. Very friendly and attentative staff, room cleaning not up the standards. Deluxe room way-waaaaaay better than superior room (small room and poor lightning) in all possible categories.||Nice breakfast, also ski shuttle service to lifts if needed. ||Really nice spa section as well, 3 different saunas. jacuzzi, pool, relaxing rooms and spa services available.

A really fantastic family-run hotel in the centre of Cervinia. Modern, yet traditional with fantastic staff who couldn't do enough to help us throughout the week-long stay.||Excellent pool and spa facilities that are available to access when staying in the hotel. Towels, sandals, and gowns are all provided by the hotel.||A small plates menu is available through the hotel where we ate on our final night. The food was excellent.||The real highlight was the staff though, with Carlo and Matteo working behind the bar and Daria on reception. Thanks to Gabriella and all the team for making our stay so fantastic (I hope names are all spelt correctly!).||Would definitely return, and all the positive reviews that I read in advance aligned completely with expectations of this hotel.

Very charming hotel with exceptional staff and facilities. They went the extra mile, including cleaning our car of snow and driving us to the gondola.|I’ve stayed in many hotel ski lodges, but I would say this has been the best experience !!

A most enjoyable week at the foot of Cervino/Matterhorn. ||Delightful communications before we arrived - such helpful advice - so we looked forward to meeting everyone and were not disappointed. All assistance given with great charm.||Everyone could not have been more considerate throughout the whole of our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. ||The hotel is charming. Alpine - with the warmth of wood panelling and lovely wooden floors in the reception areas - and nicely decorated, rooms with traditional wall coverings - everything one needed. A very comfortable lounge and bar area and nice spa. ||A warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere.||Excellent breakfasts. A delicious dinner. ||And transport to the lifts in the lower part of Breuil Cervinia.||Great location for the piste, bars, restaurants and shops but calm and quiet.||What more could one want?||See you next year.||Many thanks.

What a wonderful hotel. Antique wood everywhere giving a rich architectural character. |Reception, housekeeping, bar and restaurant give a very professional service staff and are amazingly friendly and helpful. Our suite was very comfortable, with a stunning view of the Matterhorn and the pistes. Only 50m from the chair lift and an always available hotel shuttle to the main bubble.|The breakfasts are excellent and only surpassed by the gourmet evening dinner menus. |It is really central to the old town with two excellent restaurants only 15m away. |We were so impressed as casual diners in Bucaneve for one meal last year that we booked the hotel for 2025. |Email and phone communications were excellent.|We have booked again for 2026

Beautiful hotel and very friendly and helpful staff. Great location and very relaxing spa. Hotel breakfast is excellent and a highlight of the stay. We stayed here for our honeymoon and enjoyed the beautiful scenery and lots of nice restaurants in the area. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good spa hotel and place for good walking in the Cervinia area.

This is only a review of the spa facilities which are open to everyone at 35€ per visit. The hotel looks great too but I didn't stay there. The spa facilities are excellent. A nice pool, good powerful jacuzzi hot tub and 2 saunas plus a steam room make for a relaxing time here. There are plenty of drinks on offer and towels, bathrobes and slippers are all provided for you. All you need is your swimming kit! The place is clean and the facilities all perform well. All too often in places frequented by tourists it's impossible to get the temperature of the sauna up to a reasonable level, for example, because people keep opening the door and don't seem to understand that opening the door spoils the heat. This doesn't seem to happen here, and even when it does the facilities are of sufficient quality that it recovers in only a short time. I you're in this town looking for some relaxation after a hard day's skiing (or trudging up and down random staircases in your ski boots) then this is a fantastic option worth considering. Just be warned the facilities close at 7pm so you have to get there right after the lifts close to ensure value for money!
