The room is very big (at least in the B building) and very well organized. The bathroom is a bit small but big enough for one person. The biggest problem is that it doesn't have the air conditioner, so at all times is very hot. And I couldn't open the window, because I was on the level and right in front of the sidewalk of a road...

We ordered two deserts. Papanasi came very fast, almost cold, probably they were just heated. Second desert had written wallnuts and peanuts in the description. We received a kind of choco mousse with no relation with the menu. Taste not nice. We asked our waitress about this, she said that the person who wrote the menu made a mess, so it is not her fault. So we paid, not ate it. Very sad to see such service in the nicest mountain city in Romania. High prices also. We will never come back.

We only stopped for lunch here. We had some good food, with generous portions. The pizza had that "good-old romanian pizza in popular touristic places" flavour, which was sure a nice blast from the past. They waiter was polite, and even could spoke a bit of Spanish.

In my opinion, the best hotel in Sinaia. Large and clean rooms, excepțional location. Good food at the restaurant and a very nice staff.

Lovely terraced Restaurant on the busy Promenade round about in central Sinaia. Really good service - friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Had the Romanian Beef Soup to start and their one of their popular Pizzas followed by an 80's retro Banana Split. Superb value for money at £17 for 3 courses at Lunch. It was busy but not full. I would definetly go back. Solid value for money experience.

First time I've ever not left a tip..... Waiter was rude (he spoke perfectly good English) and our meals arrived 20mins apart (I'd long finished mine by the time my partner & daughters arrived). No apology. They just didn't seem to want our business. Which was a shame as the setting was nice and food pretty good. But it was the one exception to otherwise great Romanian hospitality on our trip.

We ate dinner there once. The food was good overall, but a bit overpriced (first time I ever saw a tripe soup cost more than 15 RON / ~3.3 EUR in a medium-class restaurant). Even though only ~60% of tables were occupied, we still waited a lot to be served (~40 min for the food and 10-15 min each time we wanted to ask something of the waiter). We ordered dessert but the waiter confused our order and we got a slightly different product (different topping) and only half of the order arrived at first, because of "some confusion with the kitchen staff". So, worth a shot, but be careful with the service.

It is an old hotel but in an excellent location. The room was clean and well maintained. Unfortunately the staff is a bit unwelcoming. Mainly the people who served breakfast. No smiles on their faces.
