We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Bundelkhand Riverside during my sister’s wedding! The hospitality was truly exceptional—right from the moment we arrived, the staff made sure all our needs were taken care of with warmth and efficiency. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, ensuring a relaxing stay for all our guests. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of flavors that everyone enjoyed. What stood out the most was their prompt service—whether it was special requests, last-minute arrangements, or ensuring everything ran smoothly, their team was always ready to help. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great hospitality and a seamless experience!

The hotel is really authentic. It is ancient and built in a perfect colonial style. Every detail has been kept intact and not touched since it was built. Even the light switches are still original from the early 1900's. It feels like being in an Agatha Christie's book. All rooms have a back door on a private balcony with porch overlooking the river. It makes you feel so immerse in the nature. The food both at dinner and at breakfast was good, almost homemade and of wide variety especially at breakfast. The service was great. Every request was fulfilled correctly and quickly. I went at the reception asking for something and since I was there I've also placed an order for a meal to have in our room. They were kind enough to place it for me even though I should have rang the number of the kitchen by myself according to their policy. However, they didn't mention that and instead were just happy to help. The housekeeping staff was always fast to deliver the right items to the room that we requested. They also took my luggage immediately when they have seen that we were checking out and brought it to the reception. Just about hopping on the car after checkout, they gave us a nice handcrafted bouquet of fresh flowers as a caring goodbye gift.

Bundelkhand Riverside has nice ambience and just at the backside of the hotel river Betwa flows making it a surreal experience. Rooms are spacious with a balcony and Spacious bathroom, sit out, comfortable bed, nice view of the river and can witness beautiful sunrise from the comfort of the room balcony or from the bank of the river. River is very accessible with care, surrounded by rocks which makes it even nicer to choose safe parts of the rock to sit down and watch sun rise or for dipping the feet. Restaurant was minimalist for dinner, the staff tried providing what was comfortable to us including Vegan options. Breakfast spread was reasonably good. Courteous staff, ambience and comfort makes it a great choice to stay while visiting Orchaa. Distance from the tourist places is also ok, though slightly away from the center of the town. Recommend this place groups and families.

A lovely resort tucked away amidst lush greenery. Our rooms faced the riverside .. a morning walk to the river was super refreshing. |The rooms clean and comfortable … only strange thing I noticed in the bathroom was that the faucet was on the left side and not the right. ||The food at the restaurant is good and the staff helpful. Mayank, Dhananjay and chef Bunty Yadav were able to customise food to cater to my dietary restrictions … ||They have a common tipping box at the front desk .. pls use that

I'm a profound traveller and this is one of the worst stays of my life. Only ambience is good. 1.5 km from the fort. But... Absolutely no wifi coverage in rooms. No prompt service. Only 1 socket in the room for charging or any other use. That too not working properly. Washroom not maintained. Had to call maintenance. Breakfast is average. 90rs Tea is way below worst. Should cost 3-5 rs. Too overpriced. We paid 7k for one room but 1k to 1.5k should be a good price for this. They only work for weddings. For stays, all the best if you're booking.
