Hotel Bündnerhof

I was only eating there. The food is very good, but the lava cake is delicious. A big thank you to Yvette.

The location is perfect centered at Davos, you can reach everything on a walking distance. The beds are super comfortable. The bathroom and shower is clean and no problems in blume. The Breakfast is great, we asked for a special dishes without Pork and everymorning we were handled our special dish by the staff. The best thing ever ❤️ is the staff. Very polite and decent people whom love what they work and always ready for help.

Skiing in Davos over the New Year can be quite a challenge with the crowds and in places, lack of snow... But our experience was made so special by Stefanie and Curdin who run this hotel in the heart of Davos Platz. Amazing, family-like service and the food at the restaurant was so good, we only went out once for dinner and dined in on all other nights. Make sure you try their Fondue Chinoise which comes with such fresh meat, including deer! Also the tiger prawns were amazing. Not least, you must try their home-made roesti. What a treat!! Great breakfast buffet, and the room was big, clean and with a balcony. Location was perfect - easy to get to both higher and lower bus routes and we were close to the skating rink.

stayed here with my two girls, in a single room with a double and couch bed. firstly, the room must have been redecorated as it was CLEANER than most 5 stars i have stayed in. the bathroom/toilet was impecable. floor, sink, loo, shower, bath was all spanking clean. the decor is not my style, but given how clean it was, i had to write this review. maybe i got lucky and got a redecorated room (rm 20), am not sure.||the continental breakfast was also wonderful. cereals, bread rolls, slices of meat, eggs any style, jams, cheeses, etc ... all was top class.||in walking distance to the bus stop, every 15 mins to the foot of the lifts/rail station.||||also walking distance to the high street.||i would certainly recommend this.

* parking||Parking in front of the hotel was really practical||||* Reception (flex opening hours)||Despite our late arrival, the people at the reception were flexible, really friendly and helpful.||||* Sleeping||The sleeping room was complete and clean (fridge inclusive). Wifi reception had ALL bars filled (how great is that). ||It is so quiet at the hotel. The first days we slept great!||||Only remark here is that the room was next to the hallway which also serves as the smoking area. So at night when people arrive at 05.00 (for example) they start smoking and I woke up from the smell (windows closed). I could also hear them. It might be advantageous to not take room 6. || ||* Sanitary||We shared shower and toilet with 2 other rooms. But that was no problem at all. As you can see in the picture everything is very clean and functional. Perfect till in the details. No remarks here. ||||* Restaurant||On thuisday is Cordon blue night, Friday I ate the hackschwein. I still long for these gorgeous dishes. The food was great. The service most kind. They were very flexible (even if I was in a rush on some days). would 100% recommend!||||* Cafe||The cafe is very cosy and a nice place to end the day.||||* Breakfast||Multiple types of croissant, boiled eggs, yoghurt and milk from across the street. Everything I could wish for. Exceptionally good service as well.||||* Checkout||The owner of the hotel is so kind and helped me with the invoice. All sort of payment options are available. I have no other words than these: great service.||||* Conference||The Hotel is not far from the congress center. (1 bus stop or 5 min walk). Really practical. ||||* Ski||The hotel is a few minutes from the bus stop (skibus). So you’re at the skilift in a jiffy. ||||* Remarks?||The only thing that bothered me a little was the smoking in the hallway. I’m a really sportive kind of person. I just don’t like it if you have to go through the smokers area to enter your room/the hotel. ||||* Would you go again?||I loved the atmosphere and the coyness so much. If we’re coming back to Davos, we’ll most certainly check if there are rooms available in this hotel (that’s a yes).

I have stayed twice now at the Bundernhof during ski trips to Davos and I simply wouldn't consider staying anywhere else.||||The rooms are functional rather than luxurious, but they are clean, airy and bright. What makes this place special, though, is the staff. This is a family-run hotel and it shows. The staff are courteous and attentive and genuinely want their guests to get the most from their stay; each time we have been welcomed as friends.||||The bar is a great place to start your apero once you've come down from the slopes and have showered up, and when the Davos ice hockey team is playing in the stadium next door, the Bundnerhof presents a great opportunity to have a few beers with the locals, who, in my experience, have always been happy to chat to visitors. Make sure you make the effort to say hello.||||I travel with work a lot, and this place was the perfect antidote to the impersonal formailty of the bigger hotel chains that I usually frequent. Great place to stay.

I stayed at the Hotel Bundnerhof for 3 nights while on a business trip to Davos. The location is excellent, the staff extremely competent, flexible and friendly, the rooms and bathrooms relatively small but extremely clean with all essential amenities and includes wireless LAN. The breakfast buffet was more than sufficient and good. One feels comfortable and welcome. This is not a luxury accommodation, but perfect for unpretentious travelers. For our next trip to Davos, we will certainly stay at the Bundnerhof again.

Very good hotel in the center of Davos, close to Jakobshorn. Excelent location, friendly staff, free and easy parking and clean rooms. It can be improved in a few little things such as good internet reception in all rooms, modern TV sets and breakfast. But overall, it's a great choice in Davos, very good cost-benefit.
