The hotel was really quaint in a perfect location for visiting Parma.
The reception staff were OK, not overly friendly but efficient.
The lounge area is really lovely quirky and welcoming.
The rooms were OK clean but a bit dated.
We had a little balcony overlooking a small square, which was a nice surprise.
The breakfast buffet was quite varied, with no hot food, but a good selection to choose from.
The breakfast staff were lovely and showed me how to cut a massive block of parma. There is a technique!!.
The missing one star was due to the reception staff not being so friendly and the decor in the room not being as nice as the lounge area.
Still enjoyed our visit.

This was a great location and a great breakfast. Rooms were clean and the area was relatively quite for being a hot located in the center of the city. I was concerned about the parking situation but proved to be very easy. Breakfast was amazing and be sure to try the doughnuts.

The location of the hotel Button wad perfect right in the centre of the old town so everything was walkable.
The reception lounge area was lovely. Really quirky, great colours, warm and inviting.
The staff were very efficient but lacked that warmth and friendliness that makes you feel welcome.
The room was a good size and really clean. We were very lucky to have a small balcony overlooking the square.
The breakfast buffet was very varied with a great selection of dishes. The staff there were super helpful and helped me to tackle cutting into a large piece of parmesan. There is a knack which I have now learned.
The decor in the room and shower room is a bit dated.
The reception staff and dated decor led us to giving Hotel Button 4* instead of 5*.

Present at perfect location (near centre) and helpful staff but the rooms are outdated. Rooms are old and conditioning is ineffective. Okay for a night but not for long stay.

We had just one night, but thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. Fantastic breakfast. Friendly staff. Excellent location.

Hotel Button in Parma offers a cozy, classic experience at a fair price. The rooms are simple yet spacious enough for a comfortable stay. Breakfast is basic but satisfying. The staff is friendly and attentive.
However, noise can be an issue due to the building structure—sound from nearby rooms (like showers, flushes, and footsteps) is easily heard.
Still, the hotel’s central location in Parma is ideal for exploring the city’s attractions.

A great hotel in the heart of Parma. Short, inexpensive taxi from the train station. Hotel is very affordable, sometimes under 100 Eu per night. Hotel staff was helpful and knowledgeable, recommended good places to eat lunch and dinner. Historic area can be walked easily from the hotel. Neighborhood was safe at night. High speed train to Milan takes about an hour.

This is a very entral, comfortable hotel. Good value, with clean cozy rooms. Everything was just right for our short stay. Breakfast was tasty too. The reception was efficient, but may close at 8pm - worth checking! Plenty good restaurants nearby.
