The hotel was really quaint in a perfect location for visiting Parma.
The reception staff were OK, not overly friendly but efficient.
The lounge area is really lovely quirky and welcoming.
The rooms were OK clean but a bit dated.
We had a little balcony overlooking a small square, which was a nice surprise.
The breakfast buffet was quite varied, with no hot food, but a good selection to choose from.
The breakfast staff were lovely and showed me how to cut a massive block of parma. There is a technique!!.
The missing one star was due to the reception staff not being so friendly and the decor in the room not being as nice as the lounge area.
Still enjoyed our visit.
