Reached to there, I liked room style and lightning and surrounding area keep silence and good privacy but something happened in hotel some customers are shouting outside, some rooms are not soundproof need to be repaired for that (positive thinking).

very unique boutique hotel with exceptional design. the Stuff speaks good English, specially 2 girls in recepetion Mi and Thae which are extremely hulpful! And the kitchen manager. all the People in the hotel are nice and open, we loved them. Beds are very comfortable. try to book the room with wooden carvings, you will feel like a maharad or a Pagan King ;) we honestly recommend!

There aren't many hotel options at Mandalay at the moment so we stayed in this pretty hotel. Problem is, it's double the prices of most of the other hotels around Mandalay, the rooms are small and urgently in need of renovation. The pictures online really over-sell the glamor of the hotel which is nicely done-up but basically just an average building with a small pool and an average restaurant. Breakfast can be brought to the room but it arrived cold and was of middling quality. The bathtub had scrapes and the hotel forgot to turn on the hot water until they were specifically asked (due to lack of guests, I suppose). Staff, particularly restaurant staff, are super friendly and they gave us a good deal on an airport taxi- and until the tourism industry recovers, this may still be your best choice in Mandalay, at 2x the price it should actually cost...

A great escape from the outside. Rooms are gorgeous, the food is super tasty in a well designed Cafe, nice outside swimming pool, and the staff are friendly and really helpful. Honestly, Mandalay is dirty and unkempt so I find myself hanging around the hotel after days tours.

This hotel is absolutely overpriced for the service you get!||Rooms despite of being nice are old equiped, with mid range bed sheets and pillows. ||||No shower! only a bath in the bathroom and 20mn to get warm water in the morning! Toilet in the same small bathroom...||||Staff are nice but doesnt speak good english, ask you for an exact breakfast timing but are not ready to serve it on time; services provided were aceptable but again overpriced compare to what you can get by yourself.||Location is good nevertheless and you can go walking distance to some interesting places around.||Pool is small but nice. Surrounding Environnement is normal, Garden is beautiful.||In brief what you get in this hotel should simply be paid half of the price at least!

We very much enjoyed our stay here. Our room was good with a small terrace facing the pool area. Complimentary cocktails by the pool in the evening with traditional music were a nice touch. The Indian food in the restaurant was very good and inexpensive. Staff very pleasant and we would definitely return.

The service, room, and grounds were impeccable. From the hand-carved wood on the ceilings, walls, and furniture to the peaceful pond and its water flowing by my private porch, every detail was well thought out. We did not realize all there is to do while in Mandalay. Ms. Myat Noe, who works at the reception desk, was particularly helpful in suggesting, booking, and arranging transportation to several local "must-sees" to including a Marinette performance and several local sites. The food in the hotel's restaurant was very tasty and the service was excellent. The food selection is slim, so we did venture out to several excellent restaurants in the area. Also, for those who what to know, COVID was addressed. All staff wore masks and room cleaning was offered with protocols in place.

Stayed in the hotel for a couple of times from room to room. One of my favorite room is located in the ground floor with outdoor bathroom. Once you entered the lobby, the pleasant aroma (sandalwood) was waited for you just to relax. Another favorite part is the dinning place where free breakfast is served. There is a free cocktail pool side party everyday from 6pm to 7pm where guests enjoy traditional Burmese Harp and wine.....Overall a truly an unforgettable experience....
