Hotel Caesar Augustus

Absolutely loved staying at this stunning hotel!!! The hotel had the best staff ever, and they were always willing to help us with all our questions about the area. They were also pretty helpful calling cabs and on dinner time with recommendations of pretty good restaurants that improved our experience even more and they also booked our tickets back to Rome, which was pretty helpful as well. Overall staying at this hotel was the best choice we could have made! It is beautiful. The view is outstanding and the places is memorable. We will always remember as one of the best places we've ever been!!

Caesar Augustus is simply extraordinary. From the moment you arrive, you’re treated like a valued guest in a private villa rather than a hotel. ||The view over the Bay of Naples is breathtaking — one of the most beautiful panoramas in the world.||The staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home, with impeccable service and genuine warmth. A special thanks to the wonderful team at the reception and concierge, who were incredibly helpful and attentive, and to the drivers handling transfers — all of them truly made our stay smooth and memorable.||The rooms are beautifully designed, blending classic Capri charm with modern comfort. ||Breakfast on the terrace is a memory we’ll treasure forever. This is a place where everything — location, service, and atmosphere — comes together flawlessly.

Our stay at Caesar Augustus was absolutely wonderful. The service throughout was warm, attentive, and very professional. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a beautiful suite that featured a large private terrace—perfect for enjoying the breathtaking views.||AnaCapri itself is charming and serene, and I personally enjoyed it even more than Capri. The setting of the hotel provides spectacular panoramic views that make the entire experience feel special and unique.||Caesar Augustus is the perfect blend of luxury, hospitality, and authentic charm. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay on the island.

Stayed for 2 nights . Truly a vip experience at Caesar Augustus Capri . Starts with a personal pick up at the port and a ride up the the hotel. We did not have to lift any luggage as they took care of everything for us and treated us like royalty from the minute we arrived at the port . The staff is excellent and makes you feel like a king. Rooms are very nice with the best view in all of capri . Restaurant was very very good and amazing breakfast was included with the stay . If you want a true VIP experience and to be treated like royalty then stay at Caesar Augustus . Just don’t forget your wallet at home lol it’s going to cost you . But I think it’s the worth the life time experience .

After staying at luxury hotels in more than 50 countries, I can honestly say this one is by far the best one. The Caesars Augustus hotel is a perfect mix of modern luxury and old heritage. Stunning views around the property and definitely the best spot for watching the sunset in Capri. ||The hotel staff were professional and polite, catering to our every need. The rooms had every amenity you could need, including a choice of what type of feathered pillows you want. ||If you want to treat yourself to a luxury stay that is 100% worth the money, this is the one!

My favorite hotel in Capri, probably one of the best views on the island. The service and location are excellent. The rooms are a bit dated, as the hotel itself is older, but I believe renovations are planned soon. My only wish is that they offered a shuttle service between Capri and Anacapri, as the hotel is located in Anacapri. That said, they were extremely helpful with our departure: during check-in and check-out, they provide a complimentary shuttle to and from the port, load all your luggage onto the ferry, and even assist with tickets. This was a huge help, as managing luggage on the ferry can be a challenge.

This place is GORGEOUS!!! We didn’t stay here, but came for dinner and drinks and you can tell it is super clean and well cared for. The staff was amazing to us and we felt very welcomed. The location is great for views but not ideal for walking to and from the main city of Capri. If view is your priority, this place is probably it!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Magical Anacapri Gem — Incredible Views, Food & Hospitality||Our lunch here was absolutely wonderful. We arrived to the most breathtaking views in Anacapri — the kind that make you stop, smile, and soak it all in. From the moment we sat down, the service was warm, genuine, and effortlessly attentive, setting the tone for a truly special experience.||The food was exceptional — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Each dish highlighted the best of local ingredients and Italian tradition, perfectly complementing the stunning setting.||We loved it so much that we returned later that evening for sunset drinks, and it was pure magic. Watching the sky turn gold and pink while enjoying a perfectly mixed cocktail, we were treated like absolute royalty.||It was one of those rare places where everything — the view, the food, the ambiance, and the care from the staff — came together perfectly. A highlight of our time in Anacapri, and a spot we would return to in an instant.

I don't have the words, CA is an absolute paradise. I have been describing it as "heaven on earth". We just came back from our honeymoon in Capri. We stayed a little over a week in Capri Town and about a week at the CA in AnnaCapri. I didn't want to leave. We booked the Chef's table at Terrazza di Lucullo, woke up to breakfast's on our private terrace, enjoyed our days in the stunning swimming pool sipping cocktails and eating oysters. We walked their gardens and snuck a few of their cherry tomatoes. We cancelled a few of our dinner reservations because we did not want to leave the property. To top it off, CA is located in AnnaCapri and fully accessible by taxi. So you don't need to walk much while here. You can also take a boat to Fontelina from here, taxi to Paolino or Il Riccio and enjoy a very easy stroll to Zuma. This is it for Capri. I can see the equivalent notoriety of Punta Tragara because of the Faraglioni view, but it loses to CA in all remaining categories. You don't have to take my word for it, you will regret it yourself on your first sweaty hike to your PT hotel lobby.

My husband and I have enjoyed a beautiful three night stay at this spectacular hotel. Every one of the hotel staff have been extremely professional, polite, and helpful. We would especially like to thank our server, Lucia. She always welcomed us to each meal with a big bright smile. I've stayed at one of the other 5 star hotels in Capri which I thought was amazing with fantastic service until I stayed at the Cesar. The owner Francesco is very humble and generous with his time and willingness to accommodate the guests. Paolo was the front reception who checked me in and gave me the tour, he was a fantastic well mannered host. I booked the second best type of suite and when I got to the hotel they were able to upgrade me to the penthouse suite which was breathtaking. The view from the room and the outdoor terrace blew me away. The best room and view in all of capri. Dinner was fantastic as well and reasonably priced. Will definitely return and will recommend to all my friends. Thank you guys for a wonderful experience.

If you want a sneak peek of Heaven the Ceasar Augustus is the place to come. The hotel is truly magical. This is my 5th stay here and some how the Signorini Family continues to improve on perfection. The staff is friendly and happy to accommodate any request. The restaurant is one of the best on the Ilse of Capri. I can wait to return ASAP. Thank you all for another amazing visit.

There are very few hotels that I would be inclined to leave a review three years after I left the hotel, however, this is one of them. The infinity pool is breathtaking. It is even prettier than it appears on the hotel website. The whole property is great and the staff is very courteous. It is about pricey, but so is everything in Capri. Anacapri is also a nice place to be situated. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, but you are out of the hustle and bustle of Capri. Take the chair lift near the hotel, the views are wonderful. They also have a bar at the top of the lift so you can have a drink while looking at the pretty views. While in Capri, make sure you take a boat tour of the Amalfi coast. I have never seen anything more beautiful in my life. If you can afford it, splurge for a private tour. If you are looking to go to Capri, I am jealous because I can't wait to go back.

From the moment you arrive you a swept away to a magical place. The beauty of the island sling with the amazing residence turned five start hotel is something out a movie. Francesco Signorini, the owners son went out of his way to greet us, tell us the history and show us the beautiful Hotel Caesar Augustus. We will return again indeed. Incredible view, Incredible Service, Incredible everything! Wonderful hotel in Anacapri. Francesco, the owner, will make sure all your needs are met. The hotel grounds are lovely. The pool is a must. If you want a quiet, relaxing, luxurious stay, away from the hussle and bussle of Capri, stay here, you wont be disappointed. Highly recommend.

To date, we have never had a more enjoyable hotel experience than Caesar Augustus in Ana Capri!!! We were greeted by the owner's son upon arrival, doted on by him and his staff the entire stay, and warmly thanked with homemade (family recipe) jams as we checked out. Other five star hotels we have stayed in did not compare to the personal attention and finite details of this property. Oh, and a special mention must be had for the amazing breakfast!!! The family "gets it" with respect to what vacationers really want. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!!!

Such a beautiful property in an amazing area. My husband and I visited and loved it. They also offer several romantic dinning options at their restaurant which I would highly recommend. Service was amazing. If you are a guest of the hotel they have a cocktail hour on the terrace which is also so nice. Loved it.

Once you decide to visit the most fascinating island in the world, it makes sense to stay in the best place it offers. Hotel Caesar Augustus experience is a dive into the past, in the Dolce Vita atmospheres, having the modern times comforts. It is located in one of the most scenic spots of the island, its upper part Anacapri, side toward the saddle where Capri town lies. The hotel is perched on a sheer cliff which makes it inaccessible to prying eyes, and to the non stop rhythms of the island. You'll forget the world, you'll find paradise.

Absolutely amazing service and amazing hotel. There's no easy access to the water but the kindness and generosity of the staff is unbelievable. My sister last minute surprised my fiancé and I and after the horrible experience we had at casa Angelina, this hotel not ONLY said she could stay with us, but when we got to the hotel they gave her HER FREE OWN ROOM!!! They were so amazin and welcoming I would recommend anyone to stay here!!!

Amazing view. Incredible grounds. Beautiful hotel inside and out. 5 minute walk to Ana Capri and their friendly locals. Lovely bar with a terrace overlooking the bay, marina and Capri Town. The owner was very present in the hotel and a pleasure to meet.
