Absolutely fantastic! One of only a few hotels in Soller with a very nice swimming pool and plenty of sun beds to relax on and enjoy the good weather. Just a short stroll takes you to the main square where you can enjoy plenty of lovely cafes and restaurants. The hotel staff are really lovely and incredibly helpful. Breakfast is very good however, if you do arrive toward the end of the breakfast session you risk losing out on some options. We had a second floor suite at the back of the hotel with a view of a small courtyard. At first we were a little disappointed we didn’t have a pool view, however, being at the back meant less heat was projected into the room, and there was very little noise disruption meaning we slept incredibly well throughout our stay. So finally, we were happy with this arrangement. However, the lighting in the bedroom could be improved. A generous sized bottle of hand soap and body/shower gel were provided in the bathroom which was a nice touch. Yet there was no fan in the bathroom so it would get very steamy quite quickly. Large soft towels are supplied for use at the pool. We would not hesitate to stay again.

We have just returned to the UK after a fabulous holiday at thehotel. Being in your hotel was one of the best parts of our stay, alongside the beautiful area. Your team were friendly and professional from our first arrival very late in the evening after a delayed flight, through every breakfast including our encounter with the breakfast chef on our early departure day, to help with planning walks, and general care and attention to every request. We also loved - the pool which was so refreshing after a hot day walking, the peaceful ambiance which added to our relaxation, very comfortable bed and plenty of hot water for showers. Thank you ☺️

Beautiful traditional hotel right in the centre of Soller. Stayed 10 nights in a ground floor suite (# 101). Check in was smooth. The receptionist provides a QR code for you to enter your personal details onto an online form, simple & quick. Our L shaped suite was a good size. The bed was huge but a little bit hard for us. Bathroom had a walk in shower. We noticed the other 2 rooms on the ground floor overlooking the pool (102 & 103 ) had showers over the bath. Air con worked really well. Everything was very clean. We had a little patio with direct access to the pool - super convenient. The pool area was really well kept & most of the time we had the area to ourselves. On the couple of occasions it was busy it still wasn't half full & there were plenty of loungers. The hotel only has 25 rooms & it was never busy, just very calm & peaceful. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. There's a professional coffee machine for coffee lovers & big selection of loose teas. The restaurant Alemany is run independently from the hotel & uses the same area where you take breakfast. The restaurant & bar are closed on Sundays & Mondays but you can buy drinks from reception on these days. Alemany is quite high end (& very good, see separate review) & doesn't really provide any light / low key snacks for lunch so we ate out or bought sandwiches from the local shops to eat on our patio. Staff were good & helped us order taxis etc. Some could have been a little friendlier but not a big deal. Would absolutely recommend this hotel. P.s. There is a cute little cat that makes itself at home around the pool. Try to give it some fresh water as it was really thirsty.

Amazing hotel, very cute, great location just 3 minutes walking from the center of town. ||Rooms were spacious, there was a pool and a great breakfast included. |The hotel also has free parking about a 5 min walk away which was great. ||The manager was the icing on the cake - he went above and beyond, even running out to my car (parked 5 mins away) to bring me back my charger that I forgot in the room!

This hotel is amazing! The hotel was beautiful, with an excellent location. The free breakfast was delicious! There was also free parking very close to the hotel! The incredible manager who answered all of our questions and helped us so much in exploring Sóller was what really made this hotel special! I highly recommend that anyone staying in Sóller stay at Hotel Ca’l Bisbe!

Booked over 8 months in advance & they cancelled our room choice 3 weeks before the stay as they had overbooked. Staying in Soller for a wedding & at this point, obviously no where left to stay that is any good or not thousands of pounds. We specifically booked a suite so that when our 8 month old baby goes to bed at 7pm, we have a separate room to enjoy our evening on holiday. Otherwise we have to sit in a dark, quiet room - not much of a holiday!! Usually not one to leave negative reviews, but the hotel were very hard to contact & although asking via email for a phone call & ringing the hotel reception to ask for the manager several times, it took over 7 days to speak to the manager who then only offered us a messily 10% off the stay & only really said “have you never made a mistake?” Not very helpful or apologetic / understanding. Since we booked via Expedia, they have saved us with covering the cost of changing to a nicer hotel.

Lovely quiet boutique hotel close to centre of Soller. Wonderful breakfasts and large secluded pool. Look out for the friendly hotel cat. Excellent base for walkers. Overall highly recommended.
