Hotel Cala d'Or

We’ve just returned from a 3 night stay and have had a fabulous trip. The hotel is small but this adds to the ambiance. The rooms and all public areas were spotless and the decor gives a boutique and intimate feel. The staff are all super friendly, from reception, bar and restaurant staff and the housekeeping team. Nothing was too much trouble. |The breakfast had lots of choice for all tastes and eggs and omelettes were made to order. The snack bar food at the pool was of high quality, and had lots of choice, more like a restaurant menu than the usual poolside snacks. Loads of drink choices, and fabulous Sangria! A nice touch was the staff walking around the pool mid morning offering fresh melon , and then later they offered ice cold towels to freshen up. You can access the beach straight from the hotel,and gives you another option. The location of the hotel is superb with a 5 minute walk into the centre, there are so many restaurants to choose from. It’s also a 10 minute walk to the marina with beautiful restaurants and great cocktail bars. |This hotel is a hidden gem and one that I will definitely visit again.

Our 2nd stay here and loved it again! We stayed in a junior suite which was lovely and spacious. 2 balconies, large lounge are and great size bedroom. Coffee machine but to be honest I’m quite happy with a kettle. Stocked mini bar and lots of storage. Bathroom also great size only minor fault is the shower could do with being more powerful. Especially when washing long hair. All spotlessly clean and maintained throughout our stay. |Swimming pool is lovely and some changes have been made to the steps since our last stay so is easily accessible. Great food at pool bar. Beach bar is fabulous also. Ate at both for lunch. We will definitely be back!

What an amazing hotel. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming from reception, bar, kitchen to cleaners, they were all fantastic! The hotel is 1 minute walk to restaurants and bars but far enough away to be very quiet. It’s right on a lovely cove beach with a great beach bar. The hotel and rooms were spotlessly clean. Great air con and comfy beds and a great breakfast choice. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely come back for another stay.

Wonderful hotel. Beautiful position, and views if your room has a sea view. Buffet breakfast the best I have experienced for a long time. It is a relaxed affair even when it gets busy. The choice is extensive, catering for all needs, and there is a station for freshly cooked food. The decor in the room was bright and contemporary. You could actually see when you switched the light on, and the bed was comfortable. Above all the staff, and I mean ALL the staff were pleasant and helpful . We will be back.

Beautiful hotel ideally situated. Just a couple of things, the coffee machine provided in the room really didn’t make good tea - a kettle would be preferable. Also we had drinks from the bar added to our room which we didn’t have which caused a bit of embarrassment when we checked out. A better system for charging things to the room is needed. Apart from that we really encourage stay and will probably return in the future

Spent a lovely week here in August. Really relaxing Adults Only hotel in a perfect location on Cala Petita Beach, with a chilled vibe. Breakfast was lovely, catered for all tastes, with a good variety of hot and cold food. Friendly staff who were very helpful. Thank you Hotel Cala D’Or, looking forward to our return visit.

Absolutely fantastic experience staff at the hotel were amazing nothing was too much trouble! The only disappointment was the room which was definitely not “Superior” however attempts to put it right was attempted unfortunately there was only one other room available which was better although not great as shower was difficult to adjust from freezing or boiling! Location was superb close to pool and beach! Breakfast was fit for a King plenty of restaurants within walking distance will defiantly book to return

We first visited this hotel in 2012 felt so lucky to find it. We've been coming ever since it's the best hotel in cala d'or stunning setting. Loving the new hand soap very classy. Lots of rooms are getting refurbished which is great, many areas of the hotel are changing but it still has its charm. Would be nice if all the sunbeds were wood with the thick pads on like the ones underneath the breakfast room window. Would just like some cushions on chairs as they are all wood now not as comfortable but they look lovely. Loved the Spanish singer at the pool bar glad your still doing this and keeping the tradition. Thankyou| for another wonderful holiday
