Let's start on the bright side: the staff was very nice and helpful and the sheets and towels, even though worn out, were clean. Breakfast was good. I wanted to eat scrambled eggs, so they prepared it fresh, hot and tasty for me - they had a small, open kitchen on view to folks, just check out one of the uploaded pics, it was really cool.
As for the whole place, it really needed a heavy refurbishment. Check out pics attached to this review to see it for yourself. Wallpapers were peeling off the walls but most of all, windows were drafty which was a real problem during the cold weather. And they didn't even provide a kettle in the room, so you wouldn't be able to make yourself a cup of tea or coffee to warm yourself up. There were just two bottles of water, without bottle opener though, so they were pretty much useless.
I mean, I've seen worse places but not as pricey as this one and not advertised as "three star hotel."
Three stars would be honestly too much, hence two from me.
