We stayed in this hotel for just one night; it was a stopover between places. It’s an odd place as it appears to be in the middle of nowhere. It is accessed via a long drive and has the appearance and feel of somewhere that has been built in expectation of future development. It was hard to see how the hotel could be economically viable. Having walked to the end of the drive we could see nothing worth investigating||There appear to be many rooms for few guests. Reception was upstairs. There was a bar area and other seating adjacent to this but we didn’t see anyone using it. The staff were not particularly welcoming or helpful and were bordering on disinterested.||Our room was a good size with two double beds. We had a large window looking out to the back of the hotel where there was a pool. Having been warned about mosquitoes we weren’t attracted to use it.||The dining room was some walk away and in a separate building. The room was massive but only 3 or 4 tables were occupied when we were there. There was no atmosphere. The food was ok but service average.||It would be fair to say that the hotel was clean and large gardens kept very tidy.||This is not a place to stay unless it’s a stop over en route to somewhere.

I loved this hotel compared to other ones in the "Itsmo Oaxaca Region". They take care of the garden, The beds and sheets are good quality, comfortable and fluffy. But it's a shame that the televisions don't work, or at least they don't have the smart TV options for listening to some music or watching some movies/ videos. They're television that do not work . It's also a shame that they charge 15% of your food just by taking it to your bedroom. The food is usually good, but the dining room is somewhat neglected, full of mosquitoes, very dark, the tables and chairs are made of plastic, many of them unkempt, wobbly. They usually take a lot of time for just taking your order. But the hotel in general it's a really relaxing space. I recommend it. It's one of the better options compared to other hotels of that zone of "Itsmo Region"

I stayed here for 1 night as part of an organised tour. This hotel located in Tehuantepec, and the only reason for staying here seems to be a stopover between Oaxaca and San Cristobal de las Casas. It's a very remote, non-touristic town which is hot and humid with lots of insects.||The hotel on the inside is a little dated but it's tolerable, the surrounding gardens and pool were quite nice. The room was sizeable and clean enough, and the bed was enormous and not too hard like some of them are in the region. There was an air conditioning unit which worked well, which is good given how hot and humid the area was. The bathroom was sufficient, no bath tub but the shower was quite large. Others in the group had issues with the shower not working well, but for me it was fine. There was a coffee maker in the room, but there was no coffee, sugar or milk. There was wifi, a little slow and didn't always work in the rooms.||Some of us had food in the hotel restaurant for dinner, it was edible and not too expensive. The breakfast was ok, coffee, juice, and fruit were on the table, and they brought toast and everyone got a plate of scrambled eggs with mashed beans and a tortilla chip. It was fine, nothing special at all.||Overall the stay was mediocre, passable for a one night stopover. I have no idea what the other hotels in the area are like for comparison.

The hotel looks nice from the road, but it’s very dated once you come inside. There is a lack of lighting in the bathroom and the bed spread is surely from 1976. The water pressure a 4/10. otherwise the room was fine. Mattress was comfortable.||We were received right away (a group of 11), but it was mass confusion since the porters didn’t speak English. ||The restaurant had a huge menu, but only 10% was available to order. Food was good, but I wouldn’t dine here again.

Very comfortable hotel. So tranquil but there were hardly any guests. Large spacious grounds. Easy walk to great places to eat. Nice big pool towels. Very clean. Lobby is upstairs so could be difficult if someone was disabled.

In our group with 15 People the staff came into our rooms when we had dinner in the restaurant en they searched our bags and stolen a lot of money. Personally from me they stole about a €350,- and other People from our group were also missing money.

This is NOT a tourist town therefore keep your expectations reasonable. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The rooms are certainly dated but clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. The air conditioner worked well but the atmosphere is very humid so it was inclined to drip - keep your belonging away form under it. We had dinner in an almost empty restaurant but the staff were nice and whilst the food was simple, it was well prepared and the serves huge. Breakfast was nice - fresh fruit and an omelette with a local twist. Toast was forgettable but most bread in Mexico is horrible anyway.
