Could not be happier with our stay here - excellent value for money. Room was spacious and whole building was clean and fresh, like it has very recently been renovated. Simple basic facilities as to be expected for 3 star, but comfort, spaciousness and cleanliness etc more like a 4 star. Location brilliant, easily walkable to everywhere in Old Town. Fantastic!

Good place to be in centre of Krakau. Very nice room, it was only a bit too warm. Air conditioning did not work good. Nice breakfast.

A Wonderful Surprise Stay! Last-minute booking that exceeded all expectations! Campanile Prime Krakow Old Town is modern, cosy, and beautifully renovated. Just a short walk from the Old Town and main train station. My room was huge, comfortable, and had a lovely park view. Highly recommended!

Very close to the main town. Very clean. Really friendly staff. Quiet. We checked out very early in the morning and the front desk staff made us a coffee whilst we waited on a car.

The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. |The Hotel has been renovated lately so everything is brand new . It's in the Old City but not on the busy side , so there are not too many rumors , a perfect location I would say.|It is in the Old Town and it has also closed the Kazimierz and the Train Station.|It's walking distance from all the major attractions.|Great view, Quiet, Child-friendly, and Great value

Stayed here for four nights with my wife and got back last night. ||POSITIVES:||- Fantastic location. Couldn’t fault it. Right beat everywhere we fancied visiting and some cool places on its doorstep for breakfast etc. ||- Archie on reception is a legend. Super chill guy. Really accommodating. Gave us tips on some great places to eat and was always very welcoming and helpful. This guy needs a pay rise!||- Room was a decent enough size and fairly clean. ||NEGATIVES:||- Only negative was the noise on a couple of days which was the noise of banging and drilling etc. We did speak to other guests who had complained about and we didn’t as it didn’t impact us other than on one day when I had a headache and was trying to catch a rest. This was during the day so we didn’t mention it but imagine anyone nursing a hangover might not have taken kindly to it. Again, a small issue and wouldn’t deter us from staying again. ||Will be back here next time we visit Krakow.

Great location but the hotel was undergoing major refurbishment when we stayed there in late March. We were not told of this and subsequently had to put up with constant banging, and hammering from 7am and all throughout the day. We complained to the staff and was told that they will tell them not to start working until 8:30am, which was absolutely rubbish as a response but better than nothing. But as expected, the next time they started work, it was even earlier than before!! I would NOT recommend this place as a result. Also the hotel "bar" is rubbish, the rooms all smell like an Ikea warehouse and there is a lack of light in the room we stayed in. Avoid.

Yelp
Had a great 3 nights only $268US or just $89/night, Hotel was an ridiculously amazing value for the money! Would definitely stay here again! PROS: -Clean, modern, efficient, and large room -Outer edge of Old Town, but still walking distance to everything. -Friendly enough service -Two free water bottles, coffee/tea in room -BIG breakfast spread with lots of food options. CONS: -If the window is open, it can be a bit loud if there are drunk people outside hanging out and smoking, and vehicle noise. But I imagine its much worse if you stayed closer to the center of Old Town.

Yelp
The room is brand new. Smells like new. The bed was comfy and the bathroom very modern. The whole room was cleaned. The only issue was that the sound of people walking down the hall gets in and even when the others close their room door, it sounds like they are slamming it. The restaurant at the hotel is awesome! The food was excellent. They do take American Express/ApplePay. The employees spoke little English but they do try their best.

Yelp
This hotel is in a superb location, just on the edge of the city centre, with a park to one side meaning that the area is quiet but handily you can walk to all the central locations that you might want to go to. The room was bigger than I expected and very comfortable, with a sofa to relax on as well as the bed. There were a few tv channels but none that I could understand. The staff did their job efficiently. There were 2 things that stopped me giving the 5 stars that I thought i was in the bag within just a couple of hours of arriving. The first was the air conditioning/heating in my room which sounded like a radio running out of batteries so I had to switch it off at night. Luckily it didn't get too cold or too warm as a result. The other was two vouchers that they gave me on arrival both marked 'free drink'. Something free? How can that possibly be bad? Well the term 'free drink' carries with it certain unwritten expectations and when I asked one evening what options my token gave me and was offered a choice of 2 different fruit choices, I felt let down. I didn't even use the 2nd voucher. Why do they shoot themselves in the foot like this? If I'd not been given any vouchers in the first place I'd have been happier. The best solution would at least be to tell you when they give you the vouchers. Ah well - I would most likely stay here again if I come back. The problems were annoying but very trivial and unlikely to happen again (I'd know what to expect).

Yelp
Center of town, helpful staff, delicious buffet breakfast...nothing not to like except spotty internet at certain points around the hotel.
