The location couldn’t be better—just a 2-minute walk from the Old Town and only 5 minutes from the train or bus stations and huge shopping center. The room was clean, warm, and even had a bath, which is a rare find! Breakfast was impressive, offering a wide variety of options to suit every taste. On top of that, the hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Highly recommended! It's our room view from level 7

Smart, clean and modern. The reception staff were absolutely great, helpful and friendly. The location in the old town could not be better. Five minutes walk from the centre square.any bars and restaurants close by. The room was smart, clean and modern. Maybe use a English speaking news channel other than France 24 but only a tiny critisism. Overall a great place and the price was very good.

The room was nice. It has everything you need. The location of the hotel is excellent. The food was also good and the staff was polite. The complaint I have is that the maid threw away some of my personal stuff.

I had an exceptional stay at hotel Campanile in the heart of Kraków's Old Town! The location is unbeatable, with all the city's historical landmarks, vibrant cafes, and charming streets just steps away. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, offering a perfect blend of modern amenities and traditional charm. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. Breakfast was a delight, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and delightful stay in Kraków!

This hotel is close to old town square and close to lots of shop, restaurants and there is plenty to do near by.|If you not planning on spending much time in your room this is ideal, they have everything you need in your room plus extra pillows, duvet. The room also supplies towels. |We had breakfast included also, which I thought was great, good selection of cereal, pancakes and ‘transitional’ polish breakfast hot/cold. |Reception staff very friendly.

The hotel is in the touristic area. The rooms are quiet. There is a variety of open buffet breakfast. The water pressure in the shower is not enough and it is necessary to wait a little for warm water. But the popart design of the room compensates for these shortcomings.

I stayed here with my son during a 4 day break. The rooms were clean and the staff were helpful. The food was good too. The tram stops nearby and you can go into the city centre for just a few zloty. It was convenient for our pre-arranged tour buses to pick us up and drop us off again. Would definitely stay again

Another great stay in Campanile Krakow Old Town. Always stay here when visiting for leisure or work . Large, clean spacious rooms , a couple of excellent bars just over the road , The Dog in the Fog now reopened being my fav 2 mins walk . Staff in the hotel are excellent , friendly and helpful . Happy to help with ordering taxes, late check out etc etc. Dobra all round.

Yelp
Had a great 3 nights only $268US or just $89/night, Hotel was an ridiculously amazing value for the money! Would definitely stay here again! PROS: -Clean, modern, efficient, and large room -Outer edge of Old Town, but still walking distance to everything. -Friendly enough service -Two free water bottles, coffee/tea in room -BIG breakfast spread with lots of food options. CONS: -If the window is open, it can be a bit loud if there are drunk people outside hanging out and smoking, and vehicle noise. But I imagine its much worse if you stayed closer to the center of Old Town.

Yelp
The room is brand new. Smells like new. The bed was comfy and the bathroom very modern. The whole room was cleaned. The only issue was that the sound of people walking down the hall gets in and even when the others close their room door, it sounds like they are slamming it. The restaurant at the hotel is awesome! The food was excellent. They do take American Express/ApplePay. The employees spoke little English but they do try their best.

Yelp
This hotel is in a superb location, just on the edge of the city centre, with a park to one side meaning that the area is quiet but handily you can walk to all the central locations that you might want to go to. The room was bigger than I expected and very comfortable, with a sofa to relax on as well as the bed. There were a few tv channels but none that I could understand. The staff did their job efficiently. There were 2 things that stopped me giving the 5 stars that I thought i was in the bag within just a couple of hours of arriving. The first was the air conditioning/heating in my room which sounded like a radio running out of batteries so I had to switch it off at night. Luckily it didn't get too cold or too warm as a result. The other was two vouchers that they gave me on arrival both marked 'free drink'. Something free? How can that possibly be bad? Well the term 'free drink' carries with it certain unwritten expectations and when I asked one evening what options my token gave me and was offered a choice of 2 different fruit choices, I felt let down. I didn't even use the 2nd voucher. Why do they shoot themselves in the foot like this? If I'd not been given any vouchers in the first place I'd have been happier. The best solution would at least be to tell you when they give you the vouchers. Ah well - I would most likely stay here again if I come back. The problems were annoying but very trivial and unlikely to happen again (I'd know what to expect).

Yelp
Center of town, helpful staff, delicious buffet breakfast...nothing not to like except spotty internet at certain points around the hotel.
