Just stayed here for four nights. Perfect location, room lovely, spacious, warm and cosy. Breakfast was good lots of choice. All the staff were friendly and kind. Cleaning staff do a fantastic job. Can't wait to return. Thank you.

Perfect location, easy walking distance to main square and Jewish quarter. |Hotel was lovely and clean, rooms cleaned daily and beds changed. Very hot at night as our aircon didn’t seem to be that good, but luckily you can open the window.|Hairdryer in the room, coffee and herbal tea supplied. Water pressure in the shower not that great. No safe, which we would have liked. |Staff on reception were friendly with good English.|No English TV channels but you tube and Netflix worked fine for us. |Would definitely consider this hotel again for proximity. We got the train into Glowny from the airport and it was a 10 minute walk from the station.

The location of the hotel is excellent, in the old town close to the tourist attractions. |Very friendly staff. |We had interconnected rooms with a door between them, clean rooms, big, the bathroom the same, with a hairdryer and everything you need, |An electric kettle in the room and coffee and tea bags. |There is no refrigerator in the room. |The room was a bit cold, the air conditioning did not work very well on the heat and it is also very noisy. |The room is not cleaned except on request at the reception. |Breakfast not very rich but with what is needed for a decent breakfast.

Nice hotel three minutes from Main Square. Beds and pillows comfortable, room peaceful apart from a constant low hum which we got used to easily (room 112), disappointed that the TV didn’t have the basic English channels as we had heavy rain for a few hours & would have been nice to sit in our room til the rain subsided - first hotel I’ve been to without that facility.|Having said that we’d definitely go back (still lots we haven’t seen in Krakow).

The room was much better than expected, the only negative it the shower cabin. I am an average built male but even I felt that the cabin is very narrow and since that was half open, the bathroom was always flooded after taking shower. The lobby/breakfast area could be renovated too, because thise sites felt dated and plenty of wear and tear was visible.

Could not be happier with our stay here - excellent value for money. Room was spacious and whole building was clean and fresh, like it has very recently been renovated. Simple basic facilities as to be expected for 3 star, but comfort, spaciousness and cleanliness etc more like a 4 star. Location brilliant, easily walkable to everywhere in Old Town. Fantastic!

Room 207? Let me explain this room in one word. HORRIBLE. No room service had to ask neighbours for toilet paper. No trash refill. Tea bags thrown at my window. Workers broke into our room and broke our door including grabbing my ankle and swearing in a forgein language with no effort in this hotel my experience was absouletly DISGUSTING the worst hotel i have ever visited never coming back here again

Great location just a few minutes’ walk from the Main Square. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and perfect for exploring the city on foot. Good value for the area.

Yelp
Had a great 3 nights only $268US or just $89/night, Hotel was an ridiculously amazing value for the money! Would definitely stay here again! PROS: -Clean, modern, efficient, and large room -Outer edge of Old Town, but still walking distance to everything. -Friendly enough service -Two free water bottles, coffee/tea in room -BIG breakfast spread with lots of food options. CONS: -If the window is open, it can be a bit loud if there are drunk people outside hanging out and smoking, and vehicle noise. But I imagine its much worse if you stayed closer to the center of Old Town.

Yelp
The room is brand new. Smells like new. The bed was comfy and the bathroom very modern. The whole room was cleaned. The only issue was that the sound of people walking down the hall gets in and even when the others close their room door, it sounds like they are slamming it. The restaurant at the hotel is awesome! The food was excellent. They do take American Express/ApplePay. The employees spoke little English but they do try their best.

Yelp
This hotel is in a superb location, just on the edge of the city centre, with a park to one side meaning that the area is quiet but handily you can walk to all the central locations that you might want to go to. The room was bigger than I expected and very comfortable, with a sofa to relax on as well as the bed. There were a few tv channels but none that I could understand. The staff did their job efficiently. There were 2 things that stopped me giving the 5 stars that I thought i was in the bag within just a couple of hours of arriving. The first was the air conditioning/heating in my room which sounded like a radio running out of batteries so I had to switch it off at night. Luckily it didn't get too cold or too warm as a result. The other was two vouchers that they gave me on arrival both marked 'free drink'. Something free? How can that possibly be bad? Well the term 'free drink' carries with it certain unwritten expectations and when I asked one evening what options my token gave me and was offered a choice of 2 different fruit choices, I felt let down. I didn't even use the 2nd voucher. Why do they shoot themselves in the foot like this? If I'd not been given any vouchers in the first place I'd have been happier. The best solution would at least be to tell you when they give you the vouchers. Ah well - I would most likely stay here again if I come back. The problems were annoying but very trivial and unlikely to happen again (I'd know what to expect).

Yelp
Center of town, helpful staff, delicious buffet breakfast...nothing not to like except spotty internet at certain points around the hotel.
