Hotel Bordoy Mostatxins

We had a short journey from Pollensa to Alcudia, so knew that we would arrive early. Staff were lovely and told us that we could check in and leave our bags safely in reception until our room was ready at 3 o’clock.|We returned to the hotel early evening (due to a storm) and we’re advised that our cases had already been delivered to the room!|The room was fabulous with a large bed and dual aspect windows as we had a corner room. |The bathroom was large with a powerful rainforest shower. |There is a small Pool, which is by the courtesy bar. We didn’t venture to the spa, and also be aware that there are two separate buildings for this hotel.|Overall, we would highly recommend this hotel due to the lovely friendly,professional staff and the location is fantastic. You can’t get any closer to the old town.

An amazing stay. Such a charming location surrounded by shops and restaurants. We stayed for two nights and feel in love with the vibe! The breakfast is also amazing! I am gluten free and they accommodated my allergy with gluten free bread and pancakes. The staff is also so welcoming. Parking is also very easy to find. We would love to come back.

we had an amazing stay. Location is perfect in the centre of old town, stuff was very attentive, nice and helpful. the whole atmosphere is very cosy and everything is clean. There is also a bicycle storage room if you want to store a bike overnight.

We only stayed here one night but we had the best time! The staff were so lovely and helpful and helped us arrange a taxi from the hotel to another location. It is in a great area with lots to do - we visited the markets on the Sunday morning which i would recommend. The hotel itself is perfect - so clean and the rooms have everything you need. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here as we will be coming back!

The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help at any moment. The food was excellent and very diverse, with something for everyone to enjoy. The location in the old town is also fantastic. The hotel and rooms were very clean and well maintained. I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

In the middle of Alcudia old town, it’s a superb location. Very friendly staff. We included breakfast for our 5 days stay there, complete and wholesome food. Loved the honesty bar. Good restaurants, pharmacy and shops at the doorsteps. 5 mins walk to the bus stop. The pools were smaller than in pictures. The staff was very kind to offer us a new room as AC was “NOT” working. Would have preferred the room is offered in the best possible condition or at least informed about rather than struggling to sleep during vacation.

We had a fantastic stay. The hotel is beautiful and right in the middle of Old Town. The staff were lovely really friendly and the breakfast was fabulous with a buffet and a la carte to choose from. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday

Great boutique hotel located in the middle of old town. Well appointed rooms, cute plunge pool in the middle of the hotel and excellent breakfast (including a wonderful selection of local food). Easy to park in free street parking outside old town (no parking in old town). Would happily visit again
