From the polite and courteous gentleman on the reception and the immaculately clean room this hotel is highly recommended.

Clean, central hotel easy access to shops, cafes and beach. Spacious rooms, bathroom with large shower and amenities. Only downside is the noise from neighbouring room or hallway can be heard clearly especially dragging chairs across the floor and talking. Thin walls!

The hotel is clean. The room was super small. The owner, woman, and guy with her are very rude. Seemed Spanish hospitality is poor. Maybe I am wrong. They are nice abroad only but treat guests badly in Spain, its sad. But another guy, at night shift, is so friendly, polite, and helpful. He is a nice person. The location of the hotel is perfect, though, and 24-hour reception is there.

Beautiful hotel. Room had what was needed plus a lovely small balcony to spend time on. WiFi not so great but in fairness it was stated so.
Greeted well warm friendly and accommodating.
Reception service was great. Breakfast service on our second day was made to feel we were intruding. But the breakfast price was faultless.
Location was near prefect. Beach was at the bottom of the hotel road. Bus station around the corner. Supermarket across the street.
Overall 8/10. Would definitely return. Most definitely recommend.

Was a bit nervous as it is a 1 star but I risked it after reading the reviews. VERY pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Place was spotless. Room was quite big. Bathroom big enough too and also I had a balcony. There is absolutely nothing bad I can say about this hotel. (No phone or kettle but honestly didn't miss it as I was out most of the day) Breakfast was basic enough BUT it was nice and surprisingly filling. Staff were also very nice and friendly. If your looking to park your car make sure you book it when your booking the room!!! I had a hire car (fiat 500) Plenty of room for it but you wouldn't get another in without a struggle.

Very nice hotel right in the center of Torrevieja. Bus station and beach are both only 5 minute walk. Supermarket only 2 minutes. The location is very convenient.
Rooms are super clean and spacious. We stayed for one week and our room was cleaned every single day. Walls are a bit thin so you might wanna bring ear plugs for sleeping because you can hear other guests talking on the hallway or banging doors which is super annoying.
If you order breakfast, you will get one bun, slice of cheese and ham, cup of juice, coffee, small butter and jam, a few pieces of sweet pastries. I’ll leave this on your own judgement whether it’s enough for you or not.
Anyways, I would book again, we were happy wi the our stay in this hotel

Just stayed here for a 4 day break in Torrevieja. Can’t recommend this hotel enough for anyone on a budget. We were a family of 4 with 2 rooms which were next to each other. There is a lift. The rooms are very basic, and the furniture a little dated, but it was very clean and the cleaners came in daily. On the minus side, the rooms facing the street could be a bit noisy at night but didn’t bother me once I was asleep, although I did sleep with the window closed. An extra pillow and a warmer blanket would have been appreciated. Also a fridge, which my daughters had in their room, but not in my single room. There are no tea making facilities in the rooms either. We didn’t eat breakfast in the hotel as we had breakfast on the seafront. All in all it was a very nice little hotel and I will definitely be staying again!

This was an amazing value stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, they gave us excellent recommendations for places to eat, (Cafeteria Cutillas for lunch and Tasca Nueva Bahía for dinner) One lightbulb in the room blew when we first switched it on, and it was replaced pretty much straight away. ||Great location 5 minutes from the bus station and 5 minutes from the beach. Breakfast was OK, (Ask for Tostada con Tomate, Spain's greatest gift to the world.) |The hotel was spotlessly clean, the room was big enough and the bed was comfortable.|Amazing value, we've paid a lot more in other hotels for places nowhere near as good as this.|Really highly recommended!|
