Clean, central hotel easy access to shops, cafes and beach. Spacious rooms, bathroom with large shower and amenities. Only downside is the noise from neighbouring room or hallway can be heard clearly especially dragging chairs across the floor and talking. Thin walls!

The hotel is clean. The room was super small. The owner, woman, and guy with her are very rude. Seemed Spanish hospitality is poor. Maybe I am wrong. They are nice abroad only but treat guests badly in Spain, its sad. But another guy, at night shift, is so friendly, polite, and helpful. He is a nice person. The location of the hotel is perfect, though, and 24-hour reception is there.

Beautiful hotel. Room had what was needed plus a lovely small balcony to spend time on. WiFi not so great but in fairness it was stated so. Greeted well warm friendly and accommodating. Reception service was great. Breakfast service on our second day was made to feel we were intruding. But the breakfast price was faultless. Location was near prefect. Beach was at the bottom of the hotel road. Bus station around the corner. Supermarket across the street. Overall 8/10. Would definitely return. Most definitely recommend.

Very nice hotel right in the center of Torrevieja. Bus station and beach are both only 5 minute walk. Supermarket only 2 minutes. The location is very convenient. Rooms are super clean and spacious. We stayed for one week and our room was cleaned every single day. Walls are a bit thin so you might wanna bring ear plugs for sleeping because you can hear other guests talking on the hallway or banging doors which is super annoying. If you order breakfast, you will get one bun, slice of cheese and ham, cup of juice, coffee, small butter and jam, a few pieces of sweet pastries. I’ll leave this on your own judgement whether it’s enough for you or not. Anyways, I would book again, we were happy wi the our stay in this hotel

Was a bit nervous as it is a 1 star but I risked it after reading the reviews. VERY pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Place was spotless. Room was quite big. Bathroom big enough too and also I had a balcony. There is absolutely nothing bad I can say about this hotel. (No phone or kettle but honestly didn't miss it as I was out most of the day) Breakfast was basic enough BUT it was nice and surprisingly filling. Staff were also very nice and friendly. If your looking to park your car make sure you book it when your booking the room!!! I had a hire car (fiat 500) Plenty of room for it but you wouldn't get another in without a struggle.

Although the Cano has a 1☆ rating it does have something to offer. ||It has a very good location, a pleasant 10 min walk to the beach, taxi and bus station 4 mins around corner, shops and restaurants practically on the doorstep. It is exceptionally clean and the air con is very good and is not limited by you having to be in the room!|The rooms are very, very basic, absolutely no frills whatsoever, not even a picture on the wall and the decor is plain and dated, not tired as it appears to be well maintained, just dated. You are given paper cups (which go soggy) and little pods of shampoo and shower gel (So I bought my own for a few euros in the many shops in the location). The bed is very firm and only one pillow (double bed, synchronised couple sleeping then) and a light sheet with an option of a blanket in wardrobe.|No tea/coffee in room but that seems to be the normal nowadays (since covid), no hairdryer, full length mirror (although you can stand back in the make up mirror and see most of yourself), no electric plugs where you want them so dry your hair in the bathroom (with your own hairdryer) etc and the TV is tiny, the WiFi drops in/out and the shower runs hot and cold.|I have a 2nd floor room with balcony on the main road. Road noise really is not an issue. The door is well sound proofed and as stated the air con is very good.|There is a fridge in the room. ||They have their querks, TV remote is handed to you with your keys when booking in, and your keys have to be handed in when leaving the hotel for the day etc. Which is fine (who wants to carry bulky room keys round with them all day), until the morning when having a coffee, the waiter took my key. No intention of going out, I waited for him to return but he didn't. So had to search for him to find out he had returned them to the reception!! Sounds silly but it was morning hassle! ||FYI the curtain on my door to the balcony, to the outside world is . . . Completely see-through! ||Staff: the only interaction I have had is with the reception and they never seem happy, the grey hair older man seems a misery! ||I spend very little time in an hotel therefore using very few of the facilities so spending double because a hotel has a Spa and Gym doesn't work for me. Hotel Cano has what you NEED and does have a great location. I am convinced that they are happy as a 1☆ and will continue penny pinching to provide a cost advantage. ||With everything in mind, Would I come back . . . . YES

Just stayed here for a 4 day break in Torrevieja. Can’t recommend this hotel enough for anyone on a budget. We were a family of 4 with 2 rooms which were next to each other. There is a lift. The rooms are very basic, and the furniture a little dated, but it was very clean and the cleaners came in daily. On the minus side, the rooms facing the street could be a bit noisy at night but didn’t bother me once I was asleep, although I did sleep with the window closed. An extra pillow and a warmer blanket would have been appreciated. Also a fridge, which my daughters had in their room, but not in my single room. There are no tea making facilities in the rooms either. We didn’t eat breakfast in the hotel as we had breakfast on the seafront. All in all it was a very nice little hotel and I will definitely be staying again!
