Hotel Cao Nguyen

Great hotel with very clean rooms and good service. This hotel had running water and electricity during the big floods in the area. We were well kept by the personel. They provided us food, breakfast to go and big portions of hospitality and flexibility. Would highly recommend this hotel if you stay in the Ha Giang area.

This place is pretty "run of the mill". The beds are really hard, but the showers are piping hot and the rooms are clean. The location is ok. There is not that much to see around this area. Ha Giang is so beautiful once you get out of the city.

The room is ok but the spring mattress bed is hard and not comfy. Breakfast at the top floor has quite a variety to choose from and a nice view of the whole Ha Qiang city.

Room was okay but surely not meeting up to a three star standard. Breakfast was appalingly bad. If you like coffee that is boiling for several hours here's the place to go to. Depressing location on the corner of a big intersection.

Large, clean rooms spread out over 8 floors. As the lift was broken, a hefty climb. No-one on premise spoke any English, so check-in was done with outside help by telephone. Check out was a drama as credit card payment failed at end of process. Collected cash for payment at second ATM. Glad I moved on.
