This was our third visit at Cap Estel. It is not just a hotel, it is a private sanctuary on the Côte d’Azur – a rare blend of discreet elegance and Mediterranean beauty. Nestled on its own peninsula, the estate feels like an exclusive hideaway suspended between sea and sky, with sweeping views of the French Riviera that are nothing short of breathtaking.|From the moment we arrived the experience was pure refinement. The historic villa, with its timeless charm, is balanced by contemporary luxury and understated sophistication. The infinity pool seems to merge seamlessly with the sea, offering a setting of serenity and indulgence. The private gardens, terraces, and intimate pathways create an atmosphere of exclusivity and calm – as if the entire Riviera belongs only to you.|Dining at Cap Estel is a celebration of French artistry and Mediterranean flavors. Every dish is a masterpiece, elevated by impeccable service that is both discreet and attentive. Breakfast, enjoyed on the terrace with the sea as your backdrop, sets a tone of effortless luxury.|The spa and wellness experiences are crafted for ultimate relaxation.|Cap Estel is more than a destination – it is a privilege, a private escape that lingers long after departure. It embodies the very essence of Riviera luxury.

This is an exceptionally beautiful hotel and garden - sitting on the edge of the ocean! From the moment you enter the property through locked gates down a winding driveway to reveal the courtyard and entrance you are captivated. This is the epitome of beauty on the French Riviera. The hotel is outstanding. The grounds are outstanding. The indoor and outdoor pools suit all weather. The spa and exercise rooms all view the ocean. Our suite was set directly on the cliff - with the sound of the ocean from the balcony and views of Saint Jean Cap Ferrat in the distance. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Thank you for an unforgettable stay.

"One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The service was exceptional—attentive, personalized, and truly above and beyond. Every corner of the property was immaculately maintained, radiating luxury and attention to detail. And the dining experience? Absolutely unforgettable. The food was off-the-charts delicious, with flavors and presentation that exceeded all expectations. A flawless stay from start to finish!"

A long overdue review. We stayed at Cap Estel for a couple nights last summer. The hotel is undoubtedly a stunning hotel with breathtaking views and an excellent location in Eze. The service in general was impeccable, with staff ensuring a seamless experience for the most part, except for the substandard room service. On multiple occasions, we requested for water/cool drinks to be sent up to our room but it never arrived. Bear in mind the weather was high 20s everyday and scorching, the least the staff could do was to ensure the guests were comfortable and hydrated. For a hotel of this caliber, such lapses in service slightly diminished the experience we expected from a high end establishment. Given the hefty price tag, I'm sure it's not surprising that we anticipated flawless service in every aspect. The property itself is beautiful, and the overall atmosphere is serene and luxurious and might probably return again sometime in the future.

My husband and I visited Cap Estel for the second time, since we fell in love with it the first time. The pandemic delayed the second visit a couple of years, but now we managed to return! In addition, my brother and his wife joined again. Cap Estel is an amazing place in a beautiful setting. The staff is very friendly and professional, making us feel at home. They have the rare quality to be discreet yet attentive. We had a wonderful week! The very high quality of the breakfast, sitting outside with a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean (don’t miss the fantastic fresh fruit!), makes it the best we experienced ever. As last time, we had dinner in the restaurant La Table de Patrick Raingeard and the menu was delicious. The pool area and the large garden are great places to linger. The ambience of the hotel is relaxing and makes you never want to leave. We definitely prefer to travel fewer times and stay at Cap Estel, than to travel more frequently and stay at a standard hotel. A special thank you to the General Manager Eric Paulus who made our stay into a royal experience. And a big thank you to the fantastic staff! It is Heaven on Earth and we hope to come back soon. In the meantime, we keep on reading the book about Cap Estel and its history.

One of my favourite places in the world - it feels more like a home away from home than a hotel which is so rare. It’s a peaceful space, with gardens and extensive ocean views to die for. The location has to be the best in the region. It’s quiet and a good distance from homes or busy roads.| t’s hard not to notice the love and passion the family have for this beautiful place, nothing is out of place, yet it doesn’t at all feel stiff, sterile or hotel-y. You can just feel many happy memories have been made here and the owners are proud to share it.

We had lunch here in May 2010 for our 25th anniversary. It was spectacular, and they couldn't be more accommodating, as we were on a Silversea cruise ship docked in Monaco. They let us tour and use the property facilities after our 5 star lunch. Breathtaking property.
