Cappella Hotel in Colfosco is simply outstanding! We stayed here last week for a ski vacation, and everything was perfect. The dining experience was exceptional, with a wide variety of choices for dinner, all prepared by an excellent chef using top-quality ingredients. The rooms are beautifully designed and modern—absolutely stunning. The indoor and outdoor pools are serene and provide a wonderful place to relax after a day on the slopes. The hotel is conveniently located right by the piste, making it a true ski-in and ski-out experience. Overall, this hotel is 100% worthy of its Relais & Châteaux emblem. Last but not least, the staff were incredible, and the owners were exceptionally friendly. We’re already looking forward to our return next year, having secured our stay!

I have stayed 2 winter seasons in Hotel Cappella. I have wonderful memories during both my stays. |I love everything about your hotel, from the Goulash soup to the comfortable bed and heated shower floor. |Breakfast and dinner are exceptionally good. Your service rendered is impeccable.|I just returned from your hotel last December, yet I am already looking forward to staying in Hotel Cappella this coming December. |I will be making my booking soon, as I know you and your team are there to see that I am going have another enjoyable holiday in Hotel Cappella and The Dolomites next winter.

A great hotel is where you feel at home in nice environment . If it is just a nice environment but not making you feeling home, that’s just a nice hotel, not a great “place”.

Hotel Capella is amazing! My family stayed at this family-owned resort in Colfosco -which is in the Alta Badia region of the Dolomites - for a week and we experienced incredible service, decor, scenery and cuisine! Staying there made our visit to Italy complete. ||Also, we developed great rapport with Gerry and Luigi who are on the wait staff, and they provided stellar service catered to the specific needs of our family. For example, our son is allergic to all nuts, and they went out of their way to ensure his safety and that he had a first class dining experience. That is Gerry in the picture – when you go there ask for he and Luigi…they are fantastic!

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. We liked, the way it's renovated, where it is renovated. The rooms are clean, nice and big enough. |The food for dinner is exceptional! We loved it very much, and the service there is also amazing.|Why I cannot give 5*****, is because of beds and pillows. And no air-conditioning, especially in the gym, which I cannot understand. And the gym is the place, where I was really disappointed. The equipment is very, very old, and very badly equipped concerning weights, etc.

Very seldom a new place we visit exceeds our expectations, but that was the case with this establishment. The energy of the hotel is fantastic, it spells comfort and relaxation seamlessly. The staff is kind and attentive, but never too much. The food was a real surprise, especially for dinner, which is usually bland and generally disappointing in half-board arrangements. Menus offer really attractive choices, produce is fresh, and execution precise and highly professional. The wine list is well composed and moderately priced. The hotel itself is warm and cosy, rooms are comfortable and with high quality finishes. You can feel that people care. My only objections over a four night stay would for breakfast, with generic and unappealing baked goods (bread is important!), absence of premium charcuterie cuts and too few a la carte choices, for what you would expect of a 5* establishment. Great location, nice spa and pool area. All in all, worth a revisit.

We stayed here three years ago and loved it, so we’re wondering how it would compare after renovation works. The renovations (actually, it’s more of a rebuild!) are fantastic. Our room was double-height with a vaulted ceiling and huge windows looking out over the Sella range. What a wonderful view to wake up to. ||The food is spectacular - the half-board menu is well-cooked, copious, varied and absolutely delicious. The pool and spa are lovely - sitting in the garden in the sun looking out to the mountains is unforgettable.||And then there is the staff and the family - their friendly professionalism is delightful. They really cannot do enough to make their guests feel at home.||We very much look forward to staying again next summer
