We stayed at the Hôtel Carladez Cambronne in Paris for a few days with our two dogs and absolutely loved it! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed – the staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and very kind to our dogs as well. Our room was spotless, cozy, and had plenty of space for the four of us. We really appreciated how quiet the hotel was, even though it’s right in the heart of Paris. Many lovely cafés, parks, and famous sights are within walking distance, which made exploring the city super easy and enjoyable. The Hôtel Carladez Cambronne is a real gem – perfect for couples traveling with dogs who still want comfort, charm, and a great location. We felt completely at home and will definitely come back!

Let’s start with official rating - more like a 2 star then 3. But I do have e to base it on our room only. Room was very small and some unpleasant odours when we arrived (like after a wine party). Few damages - doors falling off cabinets, wall light falling off. Bathroom tiny and shower only for fit people. Also weird stuffy smell in the halls. Not worth the cost unfortunately. Staff were nice though.

A modern and clean hotel! We stayed here for 4 nights and had a great experience. The room and bathroom were clean and modern, we had a wonderful view out of our French windows which we loved. ||The location was super! The location feels very residential which adds to the vibe. There are lots of restaurants, boulangerie, supermarkets and bars nearby. You are a 10-minute walk away from either the Cambronne or Sèvres-Lecourbe metro stations. Champ-De-Mars is a 20 minute walk away too.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Carladez Cambronne! The room was very spacious with a lovely view, and the hotel is located in a quiet area, yet very close to metro and bus stations, making it easy to explore the city. It’s also just about a 20-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, which was a great bonus! The staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and available 24/7, always ready to help with anything we needed. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and the bed was extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing. Another highlight was the excellent pastry shop right next to the hotel — perfect for enjoying a fresh croissant or a coffee in the morning. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip!

The room was pretty nice. However, we did have one of the rooms at the back. I imagine there are some on the front side which aren't so nice. The location is very pleasant with lots of bakeries, cafés, etc. but maybe not the greatest transport connections. WiFi in our room didn't work and staff couldn't fix it. Very annoyingly, noone even emptied the bins in our room during our stay, let alone cleaned or made the beds etc.

Amazing location if you are staying in Paris a few days, Eiffel Tower 20min away or 15 if you walk fast 😉 The area is great, surrounded by bakeries, small fruit shops and restaurants. From our window we could see the Eiffel Tower (only the top part), and is really nice. Three stars because the reception team could improve their manners and way to the customer, it doesn’t seem professional enough to me for working in a 3 star hotel, not giving details about it. Finishing in a good note, the cleaning team and the woman assisting for breakfast were great!! Rooms are cleaned everyday and the person was assisting us every time we had questions or we need anything (warm milk for example). I would only add that the offer is limited: you get croissants, cereals, coffee from capsules, juice and bread. Would have appreciated a bit more variety, for the same price you can have a great breakfast in one of the bars nearby.

Not going to lie the place is a bit of a dump, a clean dump mind you ! It needs a total refurb . Need to get rid of carpets, especially on stairs. Wallpaper hanging off walls, scuff marks all over painted walls & reception is an eyesore ! Our room was spotless & location is fab. Would not return or recommend !

Locatie is perfect and it has a good parking close by. Room could be better because they were pretty smal and you can hear doors open en closing. Service is good!

Yelp
Avoid this hotel, unless you want to be a victim of a bait and switch scheme! They claim the hotel is completely renovated and re-decorated rooms, but there are maybe 2 or 3 in the whole hotel. They show you the pictures of the nice rooms to get you to book a room thinking that's what you are getting, and when you get there, the room looks worse than a Super 8 or Motel 6. The overall welcome at the reception desk was great with the exception of Madame Sauzay, the manager, who was HORRIBLE. Problems started when we were assigned to a sub-standard, dark, dingy, sleazy and smelly room not fitting the internet photos or our reservation request. Things escalated as did her rudeness and belligerence from that point. She wouldn't let us, the customers, speak and was constantly interrupting us. There was a big confusion to get assigned to a room nearly large enough for two adult people. The size of the room was rather unsatisfactory because there was not enough room to move around our luggage. Also, we were checked into our room without the advertised free internet connection for three days, which was necessary for business relations. Besides that we were overcharged upon checkout for the appropriate room exchange and Madame Sauzay threatened to call the police if we couldn't pay the extra charges that she imposed. The other hotel reception staff Pauline and Aubin were extremely courteous, polite and professional. Madame Sauzay is a pollution to the hotel staff and should be replaced. From what we heard, she acts like this with all customers of the hotel. According to the website we booked this hotel through, this hotel has gotten MANY negative complaints. The hotel is rated 3 stars, which by American standards is 2 stars. It really should be rated 1 star by European standards and 0 stars by American. Avoid the headache, confusion and stress by staying somewhere else!! For the price they charge, there are far better options nearby that may be cheaper. I suggest the All Seasons Paris 15 Lecourbe. Their WHOLE staff is courteous and very, very helpful. They even went above and beyond their duties to make sure their guests are happy. We had no problems with their internet working from day 1. Their breakfast was included in the price and had a big variety of breakfast options, unlike the Hotel Carladez.

Yelp
this was my first time in paris, so i have nothing to compare this to.. but it really was an okay hotel. daily room cleaning, continental breakfast, elevator, teensy rooms with windows and nicely furnished. just very.very.very. tiny. i'm not sure that you can expect anything else from a decently priced hotel in this city.
