Spent 6 nights here and enjoyed every single minute. We had read some negative reviews but honestly can’t believe people were writing about the same hotel. Yes, it’s very Spanish but the people were so lovely and friendly. The staff were superb and we had a lovely room overlooking the park. Room 426 was perfect. Sun all day!! The room was cleaned every day- had English tv channels and was lovely and quiet. The bar/ entertainment area is nice and bar staff fantastic. The food is good quality with ample choices every day. Restaurant staff were very helpful. The pool is quite small and probably more of a social area rather than for swimming. We loved the roof top terrace- very relaxing and with another small pool.|The hotel is in a quiet area away from the main town but literally a 6/7 minute walk to the Poniente promenade and beach which is lovely and stylish with lots of nice cafés and restaurants. And 5 minutes walk takes you to the beautiful Old Town. There are several bus stops nearby which will take you in any direction for €1.60 and taxis are inexpensive.|We would definitely return.

Lovely hotel, rooms nice and staff very friendly and helpful. We came as a group of females and really enjoyed our weekend and we treated the hotel well and with respect...only downfall was the other visitors were all Spanish and made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome even tho we were friendly, respectful and quiet, also quality of food could have been better. All in all tho a brilliant weekend with lovely hotel staff.

First of all I wanna say the hotel is a good hotel its clean rooms are a good size but the beds are not the most comfortable and by the end of the week my back new I had slept on a hard surface for a week. Also it’s 2 single beds pushed together that literally part with very little persuasion. The food (we only had breakfast) is ok plenty of choice from fresh fruit yoghurts freshly cooked eggs. Prices at the bar are very reasonable compared to some hotels and the bar staff are very good. |Downside to this hotel are it’s a very Spanish oriented clientele which is fine if you like older people sat on the same table as each other shouting at one another or having there phone playing music full blast while shouting to there friend across the table. Whether this is a Spanish thing I don’t know but when we fancied a quiet beer by the bar on the terrace you literally can’t hear yourself think. If you want a quiet relaxing hotel I probably wouldn’t recommend this place to you. As for the beach yea it’s a 5 minute walk to a lovely beach front old town probably 20 mins walk up and down hill. New town probably 25-30 mins walk. Taxi are really cheap and reception will book one for you. Check in was very quick and no problems what so ever. Rooms are fine like I said above we have a fridge that works. The air con sometimes gets a bit smelly so we turn that off. Showers are great bathrooms very spacious. Would I stay here again probably not it’s not really the hotels fault it’s just more geared to elderly Spanish people who are hard of hearing!! We are very laid back type of people and takes a bit to annoy us but the shouting and chair dragging gets a bit tired some after a while! Rooftop pool is more like a jacuzzi very shallow pool on ground floor is good size few beds only 1 working parasol tho in the hotel.|Overall good hotel but bit far from where we wanna be and more like a Spanish nursing home on occasions.

We stayed here for 4 nights, the rooms were poorly cleaned as we had to be moved to another room, I've blonde hair, and there was black hair over the floor and in the shower and there was stuff skit up the skirting board and wall. Our window was broken and wouldn't lock. Our balcony door was broken on our 3rd night we where able to lock it up until then it looked like someone had booted it from outside as you can climb easily from one side to the other and when requested for someone to come fix it, no one was sent so my husband took pictures and went do to reception and he was told they would have no one until morning to looked at it which wasn't acceptable we hadn't had our dinner and didn't feel comfortable leaving our room with the door broken, so we were giving a new room. The hotel also doesn't cater for English people for the time of year. Food was all Spanish. Our walls were paper thin, people in the room beside may aswell of been in our bed when being intimate as their bed was bouncing off our wall making our bed move to their motion at 3am. We did enjoyed our holiday benidorm is a very nice place and we would go again, but I wouldn't say this hotel is 4*

We travelled here from the UK. This hotel is not in the heart of main Benidorm and so is visited by mostly natives. |Overall a nice hotel however, there were a few things that could have been better.||ROOM- The room was clean and comfortable enough. The bathroom had a lot of black/mouldy looking putty around the shower which wasn’t great. The walls are also extremely thin so you can hear everything happening in the room next door and they can hear you too.||FOOD- The food was nice enough. Some days better than others. You have to buy their drinks at meal times and they switch off the water machine during lunch and dinner. You also aren’t allowed to bring your own drinks so bear this in mind and this can become expensive rather quickly.||STAFF- the staff were lovely and friendly. Many are not very good with English so best to brush up on your Spanish of staying here. Thankfully I can also speak Spanish which helped more than I thought it would.||LOCATION- Quieter than main strip. 5 minute walk from the beach with restaurants and shops all around. |Tram stop is at the top of the road around 10 minutes away by walking and this takes you straight to Altea and other areas for literally €3 return.|10-15 minutes walk from main Benidorm centre and shops etc ||Overall we enjoyed our stay however I would probably try a different hotel if I came back

Cleanliness of hotel is 10/10, we stayed mid Sept and the pool was quite quiet with plenty of beds around it free. The hotel is good distance walk from the new town and strip but taxis are really reasonably priced however your within walking distance to loads of shops, restaurants and bars. Would recommend this hotel however was not too fussed on the food during buffet.

Absolutely a wonderful stay! We had a fantastic week here. The hotel is clean, the rooms are nice and sunny and the staff is absolutely amazing, polite and kind and always trying to help. The food is nice, actually the best we had around the area. Absolutely recommend 5⭐️

Hola |It’s advertised as a four star but should be two stars. ||Staff - not very friendly. |Food - below average. The prepared salads were not good and the chicken too hard to eat. |Room (single room) - not good view. Small terrace facing ugly buildings. |Breakfast- below average. The orange juice was undrinkable. Coffee ok |Pool - they have two swimming pools and not very good. Both too small and not in a nice location||Last - I will prefer to pay a bit more and yo staying in a more enjoyable hotel.||Overall experience: 5/10|Thanks |Christian
