Hotel Carmichael, Autograph Collection

Have visited for almost a dozen business trips. Strangely, the TVs are a low point in the room, not connecting to any device (to allow possible casting from a phone, for example). Corporate Marriott needs to update them, but that is not a failure of the hotel. The bathrooms are amazing! Huge showers. The beds are good, nothing amazing. The staff is an elite tier every time I visit, no matter how new. Their training does not cut corners. The location is great. Solid options for eating all around, and easy walking distance to a lot of venues or other restaurants.

It's always a treat to stay at The Carmichael. I am a wedding photographer and have had the pleasure of photographing some really incredible events held at The Carmichael as well. The rooms have great lighting for photos, the courtyard makes for a gorgeous ceremony backdrop, and the big windows in the ballroom add so much character. Definitely worth considering in your search for a venue!

Had a wonderful time! Rooms, atmosphere, food, entertainment and service were all top notch. We came for the weekend to visit the Carmel Christkind Market. Location was perfect. The market is just a few steps outside the hotel side entrance. Lots of nice options for shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Had a great time!

Beautiful hotel hiding really bad service. ||After booking my room, I received a very nice email confirming the details of my stay from "Kiley Wylie, that I now realize was an AI bot. ||I contacted him twice during my stay getting no response.||I Was not given the room I booked, and upon check in, the front desk staff told me the hotel was fully booked and the only room they cold give was one overlooking a construction site. ||The food was horrible. ||I ordered room service on one of my five night stay. ||And, I am pretty sure I was served table scraps. ||When ordering dinner, I asked if it would be served on a dinning cart? ||The person that took the order replied, " No We Don't do that. We got married at Hotel Carmichael a few weeks ago and highly recommend them as a wedding venue! Very grateful we chose Hotel Carmichael as our wedding venue. From start to finish, the team made planning seamless and stress-free, allowing us to truly enjoy the process and focus on the excitement of our big day. We coincidentally were the last couple in December 2023 to sign a contract where the venue offered a wedding coordinator with the wedding package. Hotel Carmichael takes care of everything from decor, linens, catering, wedding cake, bar and so much more. Highly recommend Hotel Carmichael as your venue if on the search. We had Mallory Davis as our Wedding Coordinator and she was so amazing and patient with all of our questions and any last minute changes. She also was very patient with our opinionated parents which we were very grateful for and thanked her for. On wedding day I didn’t noticed a single thing that was done incorrectly like people tend to say. We also donated all of our wedding flowers to my grandma memory care after the wedding and hotel Carmichael team was kind enough to store them all in an office the night after the wedding for my family to pick up the next day!

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Carmichael Autograph Hotel in Carmel, IN, a Marriott property that exceeded our expectations in every way. If you ever have the opportunity to experience the enchanting Christkindlemarket, with its rich German heritage, delicious food, music, and vendors, make it a point to stay here - you will be forever grateful! This hotel is a true gem, boasting impeccable cleanliness and its own signature scent that is simply divine, prompting Kyzic to inquire about it, and of course, we just had to visit the gift store to bring a piece of that magic home. It's truly uplifting to stay in a place that makes you feel like royalty, with its luxurious ambiance reminiscent of a $1,000-a-night hotel. Whether you're seeking a romantic weekend getaway or simply a chance to unwind, this hotel is the perfect haven, surrounded by a plethora of restaurants, bars, and an outdoor mall, all within walking distance.

This is one of the most stunning hotels I've ever been to. I've traveled to quite a few places around the world and we have this little jam here in Carmel, Indiana. The moment you walk into the lobby, it smells heavenly. They did not miss a detail.

The best hotel for any purpose! Excellent service and very attentive staff. Everything you need is nearby: restaurants, an ice rink, downtown trails, and a beauty salon. Perfect for both leisure and business stays.
