My flight back to Hong Kong is late at midnight and instead of hanging around on the dark and cold street, I booked a double room with private bathroom for a night here although I checked out in evening already. ||The reception kindly and generously allowed me early check-in at noon and upgraded me to a larger room with dining room and 2 toilets (BEFORE I told them actually I would leave in the evening and wouldn't stay overnight)😍||Well, yes, it's true that the building is very aged and tired, so the interior and furniture, everything. Yet I don't find it dirty or with any unpleasant smell. I find everything functional, and the shower is hot and strong. ||My room is on 1st floor and the lift doesn't go to this floor. No problem for me although I had heavy luggage. The staff was so kind in offering help for me although I said no with thanks. The lift is an antique and a pity that I forgot to have a try. ||The location is very central, on a side road (the area a bit dark quiet and creepy though) round the corner of Novotel City Centre Hotel. I called uber for going to airport and the uber just came right at the entrance of the hotel. ||Overall, I am satisfied with this hotel. But of course, it's better to choose the room type with private bathroom/ toilet which price is too good already.

Super attitude and care from hotel reception lady. Never and in any hotel I felt such a great take care as in this hotel.|Classical building, 19-century "imperial" classical bathroom. Rooms are tiny but comfortable and no any noise from street. 10 minutes by walk from historical centre.|10 minutes by walk to Carfoore. |5 minutes by walk to bus stop.|Super hotel for its price.

For the price, the rooms offer an unexpectedly warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and helpful. 🗿

The location is excellent, the room is terrible. Shared toilet and shower with other people, the room is very small! at a very low level. The sheets were torn, the fridge made a very loud noise all night. The guy at the reception was quite nice, but he didn't understand so much English even though it's the most touristic area in Bucharest. Very low standard rooms.

On a quiet street next to shops and cafes. But With great regret the hotel is stuck in time and dated. The carpets, mattresses and bed lining are extremely dirty. We had the impression that the carpets haven’t been deep cleaned in decades. Additionally the air conditioning doesn’t work at all.

I have stayed in hostels/hotels/guest houses, etc. all over the world and this one falls about in the middle. Not spectacular, but functional, and you can’t beat the price. My single room was a decent size and had a sink in it with the shower across the hall and bathroom about 20m farther. I found the staff to be friendly, helpful, and efficient, but not overly engaging. This is within walking distance of most of the sights, and public transportation is not too far away. And, probably most important, they have GREAT WiFi!!

It is an old fashion hotel situatet in the heart of the city. If you are lucky you can find a parking space colse to the hotel. The personnel is quite friendly and funny. The rooms are for smokers and nonsmokers, but there is no smell in the smokers rooms. It is the perfect place to spend the night is not a hotel were you can spend the hole day. The tv from the room and the furniture were reLly old and its not the cleanest. But overall it was quite nice.

Located in the city center very close to the old town. Charming, old, affordable, cozy. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Old facilities, some TV's and bulbs don't work, but not a trouble. Clean. Toilets and bathrooms shared, but sink is in the room. Very convenient for metro and bus from and to the airport. Nice.
