Hotel Casa da Montanha

SPECTACULAR!!!! The food in both restaurants. Alessandro the server in the Italian restaurant was awesome with our kids and also made great recommendations. The service overall superb, from the valet parking folks to the room service. It is really an outstanding service with an amazing room, new, clean, with a full and free mini fridge. Breakfast is wonderful.

Excellent food and service in a warm setting, in downtown popular Gramado, it couldn’t be better! The best breakfast we’ve had in South America, lasting at least till 11:30 am, with both menu and buffet, attentive staff, good food with lots of options, included a variety of fresh fruit. And Christmas shows during breakfast, very popular, especially amongst families with small children. Hotel restaurants and bars hold a high standard, at reasonable prices. Ad climatized swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, a small but well functioning gym. Massage. Playroom for the kids. Live music in the bar. Parking. A night at Casa da Montanha isn’t cheap, but when considering all the qualities this hotel has, it’s worth it’s price.

I recently stayed at Hotel Casa da Montanha for a weekend getaway, and it exceeded all my expectations. The hotel's attention to detail was impeccable, from the plush bedding to the personalized welcome amenities. can't wait to return for another unforgettable stay.

Outstanding property and the “Christmas place to be” in Brasil. Caution when booking as the hotel’s website varies in how it “labels” its room. We did a “special luxo” which was more expensive than luxo to find out it was the same. The hotel blamed on their “system” which appears to be a way to collect more from standard room. Service was good as long as you were not at the restaurant and bistro. Some days 5 stars a others two. It lacks consistency. |All in all a good experience but not five stars

Wonderful!!! Room, people everything just beyond my expectation. Just peaceful, great restaurant, room had a soft scent of fresh air. Our window opened to the mountains. |The charming town offered shops and restaurants and yes Gramado is the chocolate capital! We loved every thing about it. The drive to get there had breath taking views of mountains

I feel like I am in a mountain stay in Switzerland when staying here. Or perhaps an old lodge while staying in the mountain ranges of Europe. We were here for a wedding for a whole week and were able to enjoy much of the hotel. The breakfast is fantastic, as is the service, the decorations are amazing as well (we were here during the start of the holiday season for Gramado), and the bartenders are great at making OLD FASHIONS!! I didn’t enjoy the desk they have in the room, and the Wi-Fi is in and out, but otherwise a great place to stay! They also have a hot tub, steam room and pool in the basement

Everytime we stay here the feeling is the same. Always a warm welcome and pristine service. ||The rooms are impeccable and our kid was welcomed with a mini size slipper and robe: priceless.||||Our favorite place is the bar, where the Bistro da Varanda also works. ||||This time we were very well served by Willian and Djonatan, who showed a lot of knowledge of cocktail, bar, service and also awesome advices of local restaurants. ||||The bar has it all in terms of classic cocktails, local wines and craft beer. ||||Best place to stay in Gramado. We almost feel bad for not wanting to go out of the hotel, since it has all it needs. ||||But if you are willing to know the city center, is just a few steps walking distance of Rua Coberta and its crowdy streets.

It felt like being with family from the moment we set foot inside. The property is wonderful; the breakfast buffet can keep you going all day; the staff are warm, friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go back!
