Cádiz is a city we hadn't visited previously, but we had a delightful visit, in no small part thanks to this hotel and their lovely staff. It's a beautiful old building which they've sensitively restored so that they maintain the magnificent features but have all the modern comfort and conveniences. The hotel is perfectly located for exploring Cádiz, as you can walk to the waterfront for a promenade at sunset, or walk to all of the myriad of highlights in the old town. Don't forget to check out the lovely roof terrace where you can see the towers from the name.

We enjoyed an enjoyable stay at this unique hotel. Staff were all without exception excellent, they were happy to help with each and every query. A couple of points from our stay - firstly our room and bathroom were very small, for anyone such as ourselves travelling with more then weekend luggage it was a tight squeeze. There was one small wardrobe which held some hanging clothes only. Everything else stayed in our suitcases. Also is it too much to ask that a bottle of water per person is included for the first nights stay. The alternative here is to buy a bottle from reception! This hotel is not a budget stay. It will be interesting to see how the new extension will look once it is finished in 2025.

I stayed in April 2024 while visiting Cadiz with my wife and two young children (ages 2 and 4) and we could not have been happier with the hotel. The room was beautiful, the hotel was in an excellent location, and the staff was amazing and made us all feel at home. Lourdes was especially kind and helpful, and she was a big help with arranging transportation for a day trip to Gibraltar and a ride to Sevilla when we left Cadiz. ||I would not hesitate to stay again when we come back to Cadiz, and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering it.

This is a wonderful hotel, in a great location. The architecture is stunning, dating from the 17th century. The accommodation is first rate, comfortable beds and all the amenities you'd expect from a modern day property, with the added bonus of the classical setting. Of particular note are the marble floors and staircases, made from Italian marble, previously used as ballast on trading ships working the Mediterranean. All the sights of Cadiz are with within walking distance too. But, the best thing about this place? The staff. The receptionist, Lourdes, made me feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Fabulous experience!

We stayed in September and found the hotel and room to be charming . Good location as well. However , they gave us the room that shares a wall with a CONSTRUCTION zone ( half the building is under construction ). We woke up to LOUD BANGING AT 7:30am each morning. We informed front desk and a room change was not offered . The air conditioning has a large lit up display indicating the degrees it is set at - it was too much light for us to be able to sleep comfortably. No way to turn it off. They SHOULD NOT RENT ROOMS ON THIS SIDE OF THE BUILDING ( left) THAT SHARES A WALL WITH A CONSTRUCTION ZONE. The lady at the front desk was very apologetic, nice and stated that construction workers weren’t supposed to start until after 9. I was compensated a little bit off the bill, which I really appreciated. However, no amount of warmth and niceness at the front desk can make up for poor sleep when you’re traveling. I recommend you check which side your room is on.

Outstanding!... Our stay at this elegant and centrally located boutique hotel in Cadiz was truly memorable. Housed in a beautifully renovated building, the spacious suite we enjoyed had a stunning corner view that encompassed the entire historic center. The hotel's unique and romantic decor added to its charm, making it the perfect getaway for couples. Just a leisurely walk from all the main historic attractions and top restaurants, its location couldn't be more ideal. The highlight was the rooftop, where we relished a delightful breakfast while soaking in panoramic views of the city. A must-visit for anyone traveling with loved ones.

This wonderful 18th century building has been beautifully restored with much of the original building retained. Our room was great, lovely towels, nice view over plaza and quiet. The buffet breakfast in a lovely dining room was good. Make sure you go up to the roof where there is lots of seating and a pleasant place to sit with a book and a glass of wine. You can also climb one of the towers and look out for your ship returning from the Indies. We were only in Cadiz for two days and the hotel is ideally located close to the bus and train stations but also close to the amazing sea wall and it is part of the old city. The concierge is very helpful and gave us good advice on places to eat (Cadiz is a great food town) and “must sees”.

We stayed here for 2 nights and we loved it. Our room had all the amenities cooker, fridge etc. and a separate bedroom. Everything was in good order and attended to every day. The optional breakfast, served in a small dining room, had lots of choice all very fresh. The highlight of the hotel is the tower that you can visit and enjoy spectacular views over Cádiz, wonderful. Cádiz is quite small so it’s not far from the main places of interest but far enough to be very peaceful.|The staff are very friendly and helpful.|We’re looking forward to our next visit.
