We had most amazing stay! Hotel staff is very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Beautiful hotel with grand park, fruit orchards next to winery and museum. Very relaxing and Romantic. We had private tour with private wine testing with very knowledgeable tour guide. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were superb, very creative with excellent presentation and wine paring( compliments to the chef).

We enjoyed a lovely overnight stay at Hotel Casa Real on the Viña Santa Rita wine estate, not far from Santiago. It's around 45-50 minutes by Uber or taxi.||Set in the historic Victorian summer house of the winery's founder, you feel transported to the late 19th century, but with today's modern conveniences. ||A glass of Santa Rita wine was offered while we completed the check-in formalities, and then we took a tour of the house, learning about its history before being shown to our room.||We had a suite that looked onto the central courtyard. The bedroom had two comfortable beds, a seating area with a desk, and a massive bathroom with a shower. A separate living room featured two sofas in a light-filled area with a small terrace. ||The house's verandah looks over a beautiful formal garden accessible only to guests, with its own chapel and lake.||A multi-course dinner was served in the intimate dining room by attentive, friendly servers and paired with fine wines from the estate. Breakfast was in the same area, with a small continental buffet and eggs cooked to order. ||We wished we had booked two nights! ||TIP: Uber wasn't able to connect us with a driver on departure from the hotel, and we had to take a taxi that ended up costing twice as much, so book an Uber in advance.

A wonderful place away from the buzz of Santiago. Peaceful and restful after a couple of weeks touring South America. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food was great, well cooked and presented perfectly. We’d definitely recommend for a couple of days respite.

I would not call this your typical "hotel"; This place is maginal, quiet, peaceful, and magnificent! I would call it a historic estate; Nestled in 40 acres, surrounded by giant trees and spectacular immaculate gardens and vineyards, in the stunning Maipo Valley. There is a gorgeous chapel within the property that could be called a mini "Sistine Chapel". The food was also spectacular! starting with a breakfast for royalty, including home made breads and muffins, fresh squeezed orange juice from their orchard, and fresh farm eggs. At Santa Rita, they treat you like royalty! the service is absolutely superb! they are knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and everyone speaks English. Their wines are top as well, try the fabulous "Santa Rita Triple C", a blend of cabernet, carmenere, and cabernet frank. The only issue is that you never want to leave this place! We are defnitely coming back here to stay longer, 3 nights was not enough time.

Fabulous quiet location set in amazing grounds. We had the full package which included full board wine tastings and tours. Our room was large and well appointed. The swimming pool area is a little way from the house but nice and private. Great start to our 3 weeks in Chile

This is a beautiful and historic facility with very nice rooms and huge suites that are very comfortable. Bed is comfortable, shower and bath good, and good WIFI. The food service is great and well done in a beautiful room with good service and personal attention. Our waiter Ernesto took very good care of us as well. The grounds are magnificent and historic. Diego provided us with a wonderful sunset wine tasting. And Roma handled our reservation perfectly with excellent communication. She also provided us with a truly great vineyard tour followed by an incredible tasting. The on site museum is very well done. We highly recommend a stay here (only about 45 minutes from Santiago). Our only issue was our arrival and departure. It seems the reception person for arrivals and departures is not able to communicate empathetically in English and our arrival car (arranged by the hotel) was dirty and our departure car was late and we almost missed the one flight to Easter Island. After the fact the hotel handled this very well and again, this hotel is well worth a stay.

We had the most amazing stay here for our honeymoon. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere with beautiful grounds and attentive staff. The Dona Paula is a must for lunch, but the hotel also has a fantastic breakfast.

A lovely quiet place in a winery region. Beautiful boutique hotel in old traditional Adobe mansion.
