Beautiful property in the most wonderful location. Extremely comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Delicious food with wonderful matching wines. Nothing is too much bother for the very attentive staff. The bedrooms are huge and extremely comfortable. The wine tasting and visit to the winery was excellent. The hotel grounds are just beautiful. The museum is so interesting to visit and the artefacts within just incredible. A fabulous two day visit to this exquisite property.

Absolutely superb! Fantastic location, lovely period house, great staff, fabulous meals and endless top class wines. Great tours and lots of extra little touches that made us feel so welcome. Our thanks to all the staff: reception, housekeeping, waiters, chefs and everybody else. It was a wonderful experience. You are all amazing!

This is a lovely estate hotel and winery. The grounds are simply stunning. Walking trails, bikes, hikes, ponds, ducks, geese, swans, rabbits…trees, waterways, pathways -it is incredible. Large exterior patios to relax and hidden seating areas all over the grounds. The estate for guests is completely private and separated from the general tasting areas. It is an experience - not a stay. The staff and I mean every staff member - is professional and kind and helpful. ||The room was lovely. Antique furniture, time piece decor, a new and quiet AC unit, and huge glass doors that open to a terrazzo courtyard. ||I highly recommend the private tour and our guide was Rodrigo. What a knowledgeable and fun young man. He knew all about the history of the property, and the wines new and old. The tour was very informative and interesting. The wines we tasted were unique and not the standard every day wines available to the general public for tasting. ||We had breakfast and dinner at the estate and both were exceptional. The wines are indescribably good as well. ||We were here for two nights and I wish we stayed longer. And we will be back. This estate is amazing and a must stay location if in the area. This is an experience of to be missed. On so many levels.

One of the best places we’ve ever stayed . The views , the food , the staff , the room , the quiet ||Loved taking the mountain bikes 🚲 for a spin , walking around gardens sitting by private pool. Well worth a visit to the museum, must buy some wine from the shop ( again service excellent ) ||Staff are so helpful, food was superb , wine 🍷 obviously very good ||Breakfast is such an enjoyable relaxing start to the day , plus you’d be mad not to eat the cake 🍰. ||WiFi etc all works perfect We took an Uber to local town , on reflection, madness as you should always maximise your time at Casa Real. ||Thanks for a special stay

Beautiful grounds, beautiful estate. Excellent service. Very good restaurant. In fact the hotel's restaurant is way better than Doña Paula, which is also on the grounds but seems to be separately managed.

Great Vineyard experience, with chilean history and beautiful park. We had lunch at Doña Paula, then took a tour by the park and then spend the afternoon and night at Casa Real hotel. Really a celebration to remember

Doesn’t live up to it’s positioning or to the beautiful building and grounds due to poor service and seemingly disinterested staff (with limited exceptions). Service and engaging staff make or break an experience and, unfortunately, at Casa Real it breaks it. Most staff seem as if they are reluctantly doing you a favour by attending to anything and the professionalism was poor. ||The venue itself was quality - a lovely building and beautiful, peaceful grounds. Being an older building the rooms aren’t soundproof so can be noisy when there are weddings at the venue (as apparently there are most weekends over Spring/Summer). Showers are either boiling or freezing and can’t maintain a temperature in between which does detract. ||Food is alright without being impressive. ||Overall disappointing, particularly given we came into it with high expectations which were, sadly, unfulfilled.

We had most amazing stay! Hotel staff is very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Beautiful hotel with grand park, fruit orchards next to winery and museum. Very relaxing and Romantic. We had private tour with private wine testing with very knowledgeable tour guide. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were superb, very creative with excellent presentation and wine paring( compliments to the chef).
