Hotel Casa San Francisco

We had a fantastic stay at Casa San Francisco. From the moment we arrived the team was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They went out of their way to help us book our boat tour and arrange our transportation, which made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable.||The breakfast each morning was amazing with plenty of delicious options to start the day right. Our shower was great too — plenty of hot water and very comfortable, which was a lovely bonus after long days exploring. We also had a surprise with a surprise concert in the lobby. ||The hotel itself is beautiful with charming colonial architecture and a peaceful garden area. The location made it easy to walk to everything we wanted to see in Granada. We couldn’t have asked for a better base for our trip and would absolutely stay here again.||Highly recommended!

The hotel was perfectly located and set in a beautiful building surrounded by a lush garden. Taking a refreshing dip in the small pool was a delight. The breakfast was delicious, and the friendly staff were happy to help us arrange wonderful activities in and around Granada. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will truly miss this hotel.

Our go-to place in Granada! We skipped around town over the years trying different lodgings. When we discovered this charming hotel, we knew there was no where else we needed to look. Quiet, beautiful setting, friendly staff, reasonable price, comfortable rooms, close walk to the town center, and a variety of delicious breakfasts on the menu. We'll be back!

The location of the hotel was excellent walking distance to many attractions. The staff was excellent thank you Nadine and your coworker for your help making reservations beyond our stay at hotel San Francisco. We came to Nicaragua with a partial plan to see the country. They help us organize our remaining stay within the country including our tours in Granada. Thank you Geovanny. Thank you Terry one of the owners for your breakfast time chats. The rooms are excellent as well the breakfasts. I will see you all again next year 🙏🏾

From the moment you walk in, you realize you have found a gem. It is a beautiful atmosphere, with lots of charm. The staff is very welcoming. Breakfast is included and it was excellent. You sit among lush plants and a listen to a water fountain. There is a great swimming pool to cool off.

The hotel is very clean, great staff and location is wonderful. Rooms are spacious and the bed is ok. Breakfast was adequate. The owner Terry was great as was Nadine the front desk lady who was very accommodating for our needs ie transportation. We would recommend this place to anyone who wants a lovely place to stay in Granada

Hotel was beautiful and location was perfect! Our room let in a lot of light so was awake every morning by 5/5:30 - recommend brining an eye mask. We used their laundry service which I wouldn’t recommend as unfortunately two tops shrunk and one went missing. The hotel took no responsibility and for the missing top, asked us if we had an inventory which we didn’t as all they asked for was the clothes in a bag they supplied. Real shame as it put a big dampener on our stay.

Casa San Francisco was excellent. Such a friendly environment to hang out. All staff were incredible, so helpful and full of smiles. ||Attached bar Bocadillo had a great happy hour with beautifully mixed drinks! ||Terry the owner is an amazing human being with a history of helping raise the communities everywhere she has been, and she's lived in so many amazing places. ||Breakfast so yummy, room so comfortable, pool was clean and a welcome relief from the heat of the afternoon and location is easy walk to anywhere!||Would definitely go back if we ever get the chance!||Simmo
