This is a beautiful hotel in a fabulous location. My room is grand with every amenity I could need. I was staying at one of their other hotels and had an unexpected problem. Gioia, the hotel representative, was fantastic! She understood the issue and quickly resolved it. Mistakes happen, but how they are handled makes a world of difference. I highly recommend this hotel group. Thank you so much Gioia!! See you soon.🔥❣️

I was initially assigned to a room facing a wall that was rather miserable, but when I requested for another room they gave me a really lovely one (207) with a balcony and facing the mountains. The room was nice and spacious and the bathroom had running hot water. I however found the breakfast really limited even though the view was gorgeous, and after the first day I decided to walk the 20 minutes to a cafe for a fantastic breakfast. The location was alright, with some restaurants nearby and a 24-hour supermarket just next door which was really useful, but not very close to the heart of El Poblado with all the nice restaurants and cafes, which was a 20-30 min walk away. Another thing that frustrated me about the hotel was the lack of a water dispenser from which to top-up my waterbottle - something which is a basic amenity in most hotels.

🌟 Hotel Casa Victoria – A Hidden Gem Worth Discovering From the moment I stepped into Hotel Casa Victoria, I knew I was in for something special. The reception was warm and welcoming—staff greeted me with genuine smiles and made check-in effortless. They were attentive, informative, and eager to make my stay comfortable from the get-go. 🧼 Cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable. Every corner—from the lobby to the rooms—was spotless and well-maintained. Housekeeping clearly takes pride in their work, and it shows in the crisp linens, gleaming floors, and fresh scent that lingered throughout the halls. 🍽️ The restaurant was a standout experience. Not only was the food delicious and beautifully presented, but the ambiance was cozy and inviting. Whether it was breakfast with fresh local ingredients or a candlelit dinner, every meal felt thoughtfully prepared. The service was prompt and friendly, and the menu offered a great mix of traditional and modern dishes. 🌄 And the views—absolutely breathtaking. Whether you’re sipping coffee on the balcony or enjoying a sunset from the rooftop, the scenery is unforgettable. The hotel’s location offers panoramic vistas that truly elevate the experience. 👥 Lastly, the staff deserve a special mention. They were consistently kind, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure guests felt at home. From helpful tips about the area to small gestures that made a big difference, their hospitality was top-tier. --- Final Verdict: Hotel Casa Victoria is more than just a place to stay—it’s a place to feel cared for. With its stunning views, exceptional cleanliness, delicious food, and outstanding staff, it’s a destination I’d gladly return to. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, charm, and a touch of magic!

I have been staying at Casa Victoria for more than 20 years. I feel at home, Kelly, the manager will do anything to assist you with any issue you need. Breakfast is typical Colombian food, prepared with love by Paola on the 9th floor with a beautiful view of Medellin!

I would totally come back here again, hotel staff is very kind, breakfast was delicious. The hotel is very clean. It’s on the same block as a grocery store, and walking distance from Zona Dos, a plaza where you can find dining options, beauty stores, etc for anything extra you may need when traveling. Rooms are comfortable, hot water, running toilets, AC, beds are comfortable.

We had a great stay at this hotel and were very pleased with everyone. Liseth got us 2 rooms when Medellín was completely packed with fans attending 3 days of concert. All the employees were extremely courteous and professional including the Front Desk, breakfast room and housekeeping. Muchísimas gracias a todos por su excelente atención!!! Jorge / Ana San Juan and Olga Johnson.

Stayed for 3 nights in a twin room on fourth floor. The rooms are huge and the view form the window is amazing. The hotel also has a pool area on the fourth floor (however, the pool did not work). Service is great. Breakfast is somewhat limited. There is a road construction nearby but we did not have problems with noise. It is easier to walk down towards the main cafes in El Poblado but it is better to take taxi back to hotel. There is a mall 2 mins of walking distance from the hotel to buy some water or exchange money. Overall, despite a bit remote location in El Poblado, I recommend this tole.

3 stars for a 3 stars hotel. Nothing above average. Rooms have a good size but old. Broken mirrors, small TV, inadequate bed sheets. Good area of town but you will need a vehicle to go out for any errand. Really good breakfast.
