We had a great stay at this hotel and were very pleased with everyone. Liseth got us 2 rooms when Medellín was completely packed with fans attending 3 days of concert. All the employees were extremely courteous and professional including the Front Desk, breakfast room and housekeeping. Muchísimas gracias a todos por su excelente atención!!! Jorge / Ana San Juan and Olga Johnson.

I always come back to this hotel because of the great service and awesome location, and now a plus is the all the rooms are renovated. 100% recommended :)

3 stars for a 3 stars hotel. Nothing above average. Rooms have a good size but old. Broken mirrors, small TV, inadequate bed sheets. Good area of town but you will need a vehicle to go out for any errand. Really good breakfast.

Stayed for 3 nights in a twin room on fourth floor. The rooms are huge and the view form the window is amazing. The hotel also has a pool area on the fourth floor (however, the pool did not work). Service is great. Breakfast is somewhat limited. There is a road construction nearby but we did not have problems with noise. It is easier to walk down towards the main cafes in El Poblado but it is better to take taxi back to hotel. There is a mall 2 mins of walking distance from the hotel to buy some water or exchange money. Overall, despite a bit remote location in El Poblado, I recommend this tole.

We had a good room which was plenty big enough, with a bathroom and separate jacuzzi. Great views of surroundings from the balcony. About a 12 min walk down to the bars and restaurants of Poblado, but that's pretty handy coming back to walk off the food and drink. Staff were really nice.

Hi,||||So the night before we arrive in Medellin we received WhatsApp messages from our hotel asking for confirmation that we arrive the following morning. They said they would have a person waiting for use with our name on a banner. They said the taxi would cost 150.000 pesos. When we asked why it was so expensive they said because of the number of us will need a big taxi (2 adults, 2 children and 1 baby)...ok understandable.||||Once we get out of the airport we were greeted by our driver who tells us that we will be taking 2 taxis!!! 75,000 each Why were we not told this? I do not understand why they would not tell us this..... it made us feel unsafe and maybe we were being scammed. If we had known this we would have made our own arrangements.||||When we questioned the lady who organises the taxis she said they had no big taxis available....we ordered one months in advance and she said she found out 12 days before we arrived that she would not have a big taxi but did not think it was necessary to tell us....||||Get to the hotel and the entrance to the hotel is blocked by construction! a cement truck and orange bollards. They had to move the big orange bollards for the taxi to fit through...we were never told that this was happening and the hotel's manager's response was that there was no construction at night....the reception area of the hotel was covered in construction dust and the construction site was to the front and side of the building. The managers were very uncaring and unapologetic as if we were the issue.|||| I work in real estate sales and rentals and if there is construction around the hotel or vacation home YOU TELL THE CUSTOMERS!!! You give them a choice to go somewhere else or you give them a discount....managers said no discount as its not construction on the hotel but when I arrived there were construction workers measuring the glass area (see picture)….does not matter! I do not want to be having breakfast and my view of is of construction workers right outside the window.||||I am very annoyed as we were in contact with the hotel from the previous day and they never said anything. This is not how I wanted to start off my holiday in Medellin.||||A really nice lady from the back office came out to apologise and helped us find a new hotel (she called ahead with our names) but when we arrived at the address she gave us the reception at the new hotel said they had no reservation for us but at another hotel....

The staff was nothing short of excellent. The first disappointment came when we checked in...the restaurant and bar have been closed permanently much to our surprise. The intersection where the hotel is located is under major construction. The location is okay except with the hilly area it is difficult to walk too very far to many restaurants. There is a shopping center within a short distance including a Carulla grocery store and some restaurants. The view from our balconey was just wonderful (third floor). Breakfast was included and served on the ninth floor, with even nicer views of Medellin. I will echo others when I note that cabs are plentiful.

Very bad experience :( apart from the fact that price does not satisfy the value, the staff is quite rude (also not English-speaking) and lost a majority of clothing during laundry service. The service was carried for the double of the price (as stated in the official brochures) and it was insisted on payment. When confronting the staff politely on various times they finally called the police to make sure that payment is done. Better not stay here!
