On previous trips, I have eaten in the restaurant (LU) at this hotel so I decided to stay at the hotel on this visit. It is perfectly located if you are visiting to see the attractions, space across the street from the Cathedral. Rooms are clean. Staff is nice and the restaurant is incredible. The location is in the middle of everything, but I found my room to be very quiet. I will stay here again on my next visit to Morelia

The hotel is nice. Yes, the rooms are small and stuffy and if you open up the windows, mosquitoes come in the hotel staff. Some of them are very nice and some of them act like you’re bothering him just I had written it all out and then drop It for being there the location of the hotel is good and close to all the bus stations.

Google
What a gem! It is located right in the center of historic Morelia, and it offers very clean and spacious rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are just finishing putting mini split air conditioners into all rooms. I don't think I could sleep without one, so be sure to confirm that your room will have one. We will definitely stay there again!!

Excellent hotel, clean friendly but rooms do not have air conditioning, it was very hot and stuffy. Would recommend management to consider this improvement. Great hotel but falls short of a 5 star hotel because of no air conditioner.

This place was fantastic. Staff was friendly, professional, and accommodating. Parking is included valet parking at a nearby lot. Speaking of the valet, I saw a review or two about people complaining about there being no valet, but there is, although you have to drive the car over to the lot yourself, but it's only about a 5 minute walk through a beautiful part of town. What you do is pull up in front of the hotel (perhaps jumping out the move the signs that say that it's guest loading/unloading parking), and then you check in and move your stuff into your room. After that you, you take your car to the lot and hand the keys to the valet. It worked really well. The only caveat is that there is no A/C, but they do place large fans on either side of the bed. I saw ahead of time that there was no A/C, but Morelia cools down a lot at night so using the fans with the large doors to the balcony open cools the room down nicely. The wifi worked well.

Curious and friendly staff, Clean rooms. Delicious food/drink , beautiful view, amazing location! 10/10 would recommend. Look forward to returning!

Google
Terrible. Super loud and with very poor rooms. Reviews that mention valet are outdated. You have to self park at a lot 3 blocks away. Poor noise control makes the rooms noisy until late, and then again early. Wouldn’t stay again.

Yelp
We got five rooms. Some were big and nice, some were very small, but decent overall. Hotel is beautifully decorated and well taken care of. Hot water takes a very, very long time to come out. Mote than 20 minutes sometimes. Room was clean but shower could have been cleaner. Food is decent and service is good. We only had a problem one day because it was my nieces birthday and we got her cake and got together at the restaurant and ordered drinks, they were upset because we didn't get the cake there, but they don't have cakes! We were there for four nights and were not going to let a 9 year old birthday be ruined because of the stupidity of the hotel management, so we cut the cake and sang to her anyway. Here are some pictures of the room I was in. It didn't have a balcony but it still had a nice view.

Yelp
For years I stayed here and it was ok. 2024 was a horrible experience m, they denied giving us water twice and we're very rude. The rooms r ok but they b3ed to upgrade and install air conditioners with all the money they charge. Will be staying in different hotels now. Also no parking but 4 blocks away and we have to walk back and forth to get our cars.

Yelp
Great location, great food and service . What I didn't like is that they don't have a parking lot you have to drive 3 to 4 blocks away to Rosas Parking . Then to top it off the guy running it is a total dick . The rooms are a little outdated . Only 2 people in the elevator. Talk about old . If you want AC forget they have 2 vertical fans that do cool but it's not the same . Again the people there are very friendly and great service and I know it's not there fault for the conditions they are doing there best with what they have . I wouldn't mind staying there again but probably wouldn't bring my car because it's very inconvenient and I didn't feel confident leaving it there .

Yelp
I love the hotel the history the architecture is phenomenal. The hand painted on the walls. The room was clean and the maintenance lady was always on top of putting clean sheets and towels every day. I worked for the most prestigious hotels internationally and this hotel by far gave the five star luxury. If you think Melia, velas, sandals etc you name it. It gives the comfort and the lu cocina osea wow! Definitely recommend and will come back.

Yelp
I just traveled to Morelia with my parents for a week. My experience at the hotel was amazing. All the employees were very welcoming, the maid service was great every single day. The hotel was clean and well kept. The food was good and not too pricey. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Yelp
I am currently staying at Hotel Casino, and the food is pricey and not exactly great, the view is fine but it may not be worth the noise or lack of Air Conditioning. Finally, the internet which they say requires a password--but in fact is an open network that is ridiculously bogged down. For a business traveler who requires respectable bandwidth (it is Mexico after all), quiet nights, and climate controlled rooms--I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. It's all window dressing and no substance. Buyer beware!
