My wife and I stayed here for our wedding in December/January. The hotel was in the perfect location for us. It is within quick walking distance of Plaza de Armas but tucked away in a quieter more local feeling part of town. I cannot say enough positive things about the staff. They were extremely accommodating and very friendly. Cathy and Elizabeth were a joy to see each day and were always smiling and willing to help us out with whatever we needed. José was very nice as well and provided excellent service when we ate at the adjoining restaurant as well as great recommendations on things to see and do in town. All three of these people are true assets to the Hotel.||||The hotel is beautiful and extraordinarily clean. There are not very many rooms and this combined with the open air courtyard to give a feeling of peaceful community among the guests and staff. Opening the large shutters on the windows and allowing the calm voices along the street to drift in while looking over the city into the mountains was amazing. Again this is the perfect location to be able to explore the city but be able get away from the noise and tourism while not feeling too detached from the experience of Cusco.

Everything was really good. Spacious room with a heater, bathroom with 24/7 hot water, comfortable beds. The staff is really great. The even provided lunch boxes at 2 am as we left the hotel during night for a long day trip. |The neighborhood is quite nice, many cafes and shops around, small streets and only 15 minutes to walk to the main square. Big plus: the front street is a pedestrian street, so there's no traffic noise.|We stayed 3 nights. I'd definitely come back.

If you want an authentic experience also in terms of accommodation, Casona Les Pleiades is your no. 1 choice! The rooms are really nice, super clean, some have a magnificent views and all of them are decorated in local design. What I’d like to point out is the friendly atmosphere that owners Roberto and his lovely wife make sure you feel throughout your stay. Stuff is also very friendly and kind, namely Katy, Ana and Carlos. I’ve really had a wonderful experience staying here and I know for sure that when I’ll be coming back, I’ll definitely stay here again.

If you are looking for a very comfortable hotel with European Standard rooms where you don’t freeze at night in beautiful district of San Blas this is the place to be. The beds (including various pillows) are a dream and in case you are desperate for more heat the rooms are equipped with a big heater and various blankets.Furthermore the rooms have a closet, wardrobe, TV, bed lamps, a desk and a chair. Staff is very friendly and is happy to give advice for good shopping places. You can have tea at any time in the lounge of the hotel. I rate it for stars because I was disappointed by the breakfast. This only includes coffee (yummy though), tea or milk, one glass of freshly made juice, the typical plane Peruvian white bread, two kinds of jam, butter, ham, cheese and eggs (scrambled or fried).Breakfast is served from 7 to 9 am.

My first trip to Cusco, not even sure why i was going to Peru, I don't speak Spanish. Then i saw Casona les Pleiades, and did not hesitate to book a room for a week, This small hotel is lovely, in the charming San Blas section of Cusco , Everyone associated with the hotel is amazing including Jaime Churata Huaman. i have never taken a tour, just not interested, until i spent the day with Jaime. We went to Ollantaytambo at his suggestion. It was the perfect choice. i am returning to Casona les Pleiades for a week in April, looking forward to seeing everyone there and taking a trip with Jaime

We stayed here for four nights and it is perfect for the price. The location, right behind the San Blas square, is quite near Plaza de Armas in a lively district, perfect for walking around. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Small and cozy place. Highly recommended

Casona les Pleiades is just 4 blocks from the center be prepared to go up and down the hill a lot.||||Staff is very friendly and always willing to help, they are willing to give you tips and suggest places to go. ||||Upon arrival they offer Coca infusion to avoid high altitude sickness and is available all the time. ||||We stayed in a cozy room I think it is the only one that has 2 levels the only bad thing is the bathroom is downstairs and if you want to go down at nite it is chilly.||||Recomend the hotel 100%

First, avoid ALL rooms facing alley. ||Good - Staff, decor, and LOCATION!||Bad - LOUD. You hear EVERYTHING! Staff was superb in relocating us to back, but music pounded until 2 AM on Sat. Forgot ear plugs, but doubt they would’ve helped. Also note that ANY room under the 3rd floor will be disturbing. Had early Machu Pichu’ers at 430 am first night stay. Unbelievably loud trampling back and forth. Then, same couple in at 12:45 am the next. Worst sleep ever over our 4 night stay. ||All else was nice, and again, staff was wonderful. It’s a really nice place if you can handle the noise.
