Hotel Castle Salam

The hotel location is perfect. But not satisfied with the room service. Rooms are quite large. And you can’t avoid their buffet breakfast. Absolutely delicious. Pool side is also has a great view. Foods taste great. Room service should be improved. Some staffs were too humble and some needs more training.

A rather decent hotel located in the heart of Khulna town. The layout, furniture and fittings are fairly modern, new and convenient. The room that we stayed in was clean and had all the usual amenities. However, the  mini-fridge in the room was not at all cold enough. The lobby is rather "tight", and the hotel lacks the conventional type of frontal approach. The complimentary breakfast buffet is very well laid, with a wide variety of items. The dining hall is big and spacious. The staff is very professional, courteous and friendly. There is on-site parking available, but which is tight. So patrons are encouraged to park their cars in another lot across the road, on the other side of a busy intersection. This is a bit inconvenient. Overall, a fairly good hotel to stay in.

I was stayed at standard single room.Rent-2500 (Discounted) Lack of amenities. Cleanliness. Buffet breakfast was good. Overall condition was good at this price point.

Overhyped and disappointing experience! The first-floor restaurant washrooms were in an unacceptable state—dirty and completely unmaintained. I asked a waiter for help, but he showed zero concern. No tissues either. Calling this a 4-star hotel is a joke. Be careful before spending your money here!

I stayed in this hotel on two occasions - last time for 3 days in early September 2011 for a workshop. The room is spacious with good corporate discount as well as free breakfast and a 1-litre bottle of water daily. The room for workshop for 30 participants is spacious too. The staff is excellent and customer-friendly. Above all, the quality of their food is consistently good

Spacious rooms with mediocre service and facilities, but the main issue was outside noise at rooms. It’s intolerable to stay in rooms and rest during daytime. After 10pm the sound/noise levels dropped. Restaurant staff were not professional at all. Room rent is no less than a 4 star hotel. Still it’s second best hotel in the city.

The service is totally disgusting. The behaviour of the staff is so poor. The food price is too much higher than its quality. Try to avoid this Hotel.
