This is a fantastic hotel in a great location with a nice quiet courtyard out front rather than a noisy street. The breakfast buffet has a lot of variety and great quality. The hotel is easy to drive to, and parking is reasonable (20 Euro/day). It's about as close as you can get to the Old Town where there are lots of restaurants, shops and sites to see. The staff is very helpful as well.

I loved this hotel! In particular, I must mention Diego at the Front Desk. I arrived a bit in a panic because I had lost my charger and converted for my phone during a mishap on the train. He immediately gave me one from the hotel to charge my phone and gave me very detailed directions to a store nearby where I could replace these badly needed items. Diego also answered all my questions regarding transportation to the train station and the amenities at the hotel. He always had a smile and was super patient with me! The breakfast buffet was outstanding and the rooms beautifully appointed. GREAT location as well. I will definitely stay here again should my travels bring me to Zarazoga!

From check-in to check-out everything was perfect especially with the massive power outage. David and Felipe were fabulous and kind. David had the hard shift when all the power went down... he still kept smiling. The hotel location is central and my room view extra special.. thank you Felipe for the plaza view. Grateful for everyone's kindness and care. Peggy Kelley

Comfortable room in a nice hotel with excellent staff. We had a couple of problems come up with our room but they were dealt with as quickly as possible. That was the impressive part.

A convenient location right in the historic district. Lots of history in and around the hotel. Pay a little extra for the premium rooms. They're newly renovated, large, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet has something for everyone. It's all fresh and delicious. The helpful gentleman at the front desk speak English which is nice. We are not fluent Spanish speakers. Housekeeping does a fantastic job as does the buffet staff. Both are very clean and well maintained. Overall a five star stay.

Yelp
A great choice for tourists, it is well managed, with an added bonus of English speaking staff who were delightful and quite helpful. Located in the old town area, it is within comfortable walking distance of many historic sites. They are in close proximity to many tapas bars and feels quite safe for walking. We had a nice sized room with a comfortable bed. I would overall describe the hotel as elegant yet reasonably priced. They offer a breakfast buffet, not included in the price of the room but reasonably priced and continuously refilled. Choices include cereals, artisan breads, local cheeses, sausages, several kinds of eggs, nuts, hummus, raw vegetables. Delicious coffee freshly made by the cup.

Yelp
1-3 blocks away from El Tubo and the giant plaza where all the great historical buildings are in Zaragoza. Great food places across the street and down the street. Easy walking distance to Aljaferia palace. Well appointed rooms, with firm beds, quiet rooms, good sized bathrooms. Large towels. Staff was able to direct us to places nearby. Super nice people. Totally recommend for English-speaking tourist. Good cheap breakfast buffet was offered when we checked in. The on-line and pre-book price was much higher.

Yelp
Central to all that is amazing in Zaragoza's old city. A stones throw from El Tubo- THE district for tapas in Zaragoza. You will find them clustered together and worlds apart. Each place serving varieties of unique offerings built around one central ingredient. Service at the hotel is super fantastic though you cannot expect a luggage porter. Clean and stylish with a wonderful breakfast buffet served daily.

Yelp
We were in a remodeled room which was quite stylish. The rate was a great value. The check in staff was super nice. They even offered complimentary cava and water for the room. Parking is nearby and affordable (16 euros per night). Beds are comfy. Breakfast was just okay. The only negative experiences were crabby check out staff and a cockroach in our room.
