Hotel Catalonia Goya

Love this hotel and its central location. The Staff very helpful and efficient. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet daily. Very nice, delicious options. Our room rate included breakfast. We can walk to pretty much anywhere from here. It's in the nice upscale Salamanca District of Madrid and the metro station is just outside the Hotel. We stayed 3 nights. Appreciate the help from the staff, Javier, Roberto and Juan Pablo (front office team), the Manager and Staff at their Breakfast buffet (forgot their names), Housekeepers and Turn Down team and Elizabeth bartender at the bar, who we had the pleasure of interacting 2 nights in a row. She was efficient handling a fairly good size crowd. I highly recommended this hotel.

Very well located hotel in the center of Madrid, metro station and taxis nearby. Very friendly and competent staff. Excellent breakfast with delicious tortillas and the best croissants I ever ate. Nice rooms, very clean, calm. I will be back 😁 Hasta luego e gracias! 🙏🇪🇸🇨🇭

This hotel was great! The staff were very helpful and friendly, the rooms were modern and clean, and the location is right in the middle of all the action. We had a 6 month old baby, and I only wish they had a better crib for her. The crib provided was a pack and play one, low to the ground, and not the best. Even still, I still highly recommend this hotel!

We had a great time at Catalonia Goya. The hotel is super well decorated and updated. No carpets, very modern. The breakfast, which was included in our stay, was delicious! A very nice and complete buffet, super worth it. The location is perfect, you can walk around, go to restaurants and get the subway if you need to go farther. And last, but not least, the staff: super attentive, super polite and very very nice and warm. They go above and beyond to help and make you feel welcome.

Amazing service from the moment we walked in. The rooms were nice and clean, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is good as it is close to the train station and the metro station is practically next to the hotel. Would stay here again!

The location was wonderful for walking. Lots of restaurants and gelato nearby. The rooms while small were super clean and neat. Breakfast buffet was beyond our expectations. Clean with many choices to choose from.

Catalonia Goya is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The staff was always polite, professional and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was always delicious and had a wide variety of dishes to choose from Overall was a 10 out of 10. I would definitely stay at Catalonia again.

Great hotel in the middle of the action. Great neighborhoods all around with bars, coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. Beautiful church across the street. Metro station right there. Pool and a nice hotel bar. Beautiful massive park a few blocks away. Cheers!

Bait and switch trying to book thru booking.com. Selected 2 rooms 4 persons, 6 days, got price. Confirmation email said we selected two rooms, single person in each, we would have to pay extra for more people. Their email back said we only selected for one person, that was a complete lie.

A nice hotel, just a few steps from metro Velasquez (numerous impares exit), nice bed rooms, clean, nice bathtub, great attention, safe neighborhood, a bunch of nearby restaurants, you also have Zara next to the hotel, United colors of Benetton, a block away, corte ingles 4 blocks away, plaza Cibeles, plaza colon, etc.
