Really enjoyed our stay at Passeig de Gracia. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well decorated. The beds are comfortable. Although we didn't use either, the hotel restaurant and bar appeared to have robust menus for dinner and happy hour. The location is hard to beat with multiple exciting neighborhoods just a short walk in any direction.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay! The service was spot on. Staff are very welcoming and accommodating. When we first arrived, they checked us in earlier than the 3pm check in time, which was so great for us after being so tired with travelling. The pool terrace area is fantastic. We were served deliciously tasty sandwiches along with their famous paella special (on Thursday's) while lounging about and relaxing. The room was updated, clean and had a great layout. Breakfast was served every morning (super worth paying for). A gorgeous buffet spread with selections of fresh breads, meats, omelette station, frittatas, pastries, homemade granola, cereals, fruit, freshly squeezed juices, cappuccino machine... you name it and it was there. They even had vegan options and everything was so fresh. We will 100% be returning the next time we visit Barcelona (which we plan on doing). It is perfectly situated in the heart of where you want to be. Everything is of walking distance. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so enjoyable. We wish it was longer than the three nights, but will see you soon!

Excellent hotel. Front desk staff is welcoming, helpful, and kind. The breakfast was excellent and the 4 workers in the dining area were super friendly. Readily available to refill coffee and juice without asking. Rooms were top notch, clean and very comfortable bed. Location is the best withinwalking distance to main area. Easy access to metro, and bus to airport or train if you prefer. I would highly recommend this property for vacation or business.

Beautiful hotel, conveniently located in a beautiful neighborhood. Lots and lots of wonderful restaurants around, and an abundance of taxis ready to take you anywhere! We liked it so much that we rebooked it for our next time visit to Barcelona! Thank you to Paola for welcoming us and to David for arranging a special return visit!

I loved everything about this hotel. We stayed for two wonderful nights and could not have been treated better! Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful and just plain lovely. The room was spacious, clean and had a beautiful view of the city. Breakfast which was included was amazing! We also found the location to be perfect for our needs. Highly recommend and cannot thank the staff enough for all of their assistance with reservations, suggestions and more!!!

We enjoyed the 10 days there. Paula, Mark and Edgar were absolutely the best concierge I’ve ever come across in my travels. Each day they walked us thru all the excursions we were going on. Smiles every morning and night. The beds were oh so comfy, location was great and the staffs recommendations were spot on.

We stayed at this hotel at the beginning of our trip and decided to come back for the last days as well. The rooms are clean and tidy, with excellent soundproofing, and the staff are very friendly. The location is wonderful — we were very happy with our choice! We also received a complimentary upgrade at the beginning of our stay, for which we are especially grateful. We are glad we chose this hotel and highly recommend it to everyone!

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and it was truly a great experience. Everything was excellent, and all the staff were very polite and friendly. Ray is also a really kind and helpful person. The services were completely satisfying, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Considering the quality, the price was also very reasonable.
