Hotel Catalonia Santo Domingo

This is our second time in this hotel and we have enjoyed our time. Hotel employees are friendly and attentive. Breakfast is delicious and has a wide variety. Ninoska, Carol & Erika took care of us at breakfast and were very polite and sweet. Will come back and definitely recommend.

The Pearl Urban Lounge was the pinnacle of my stay. The ambiance, music and service were exceptional. Ate there late nights because the meals were always mouth watering. Rossibert was exceptional in her service and me not being a spanish speaker was not a language barrier. She was knowledgeable and made me comfortable. Ask for her.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, our room had view of the sea, rooms are very spacious and beds super comfortable. The gym is big with a great variety of machines. My favorite was the breakfast: AMAZING! A special thanks to our waitress, Germayonni for her excellent service, very attentive and courteous. The only issue was my daughter couldn't blow dry her hair because the hair dryer wasn't working, but aside from that I hghly recommend this amazing hotel.

The whole experience was fantastic. We were welcomed with a fresh and tasty drink. We were wonderfully helped by the lovely Ana. Hotelstaff was friendly and very helpful |The room was clean, spacious and for a Dutch rather affordable for a 5 star hotel.|Definitely a recommendation for future travels.

My experience staying at the Catalonia Hotel was amazing. The room was very clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The service and staff were exceptional, always attentive, and ready to assist with anything we needed. A special thank you to Roxanna, who went above and beyond to ensure my girlfriend and I had an unforgettable stay. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made a difference. I sincerely appreciate her efforts and look forward to returning to this wonderful hotel in the future.

My favorite part of the hotel was the pearl urban lounge. Very clean and comfortable. Our waitress Rossibert was wonderful. My partner and I spent most of our stay next to the pool. 10/10 would recommend. Staying here next time I travel.

Germayonni and Clarivel were amazing. They gave us incredible service. The green drinks were so good and the chocolate croissants. I even had a made to order Cafe of decaf espresso and almond milk. This is one of the best buffets in all of Santo Domingo
