This hotel is totally OK. Its a fine place to sleep for a night. The high point of our stay was the service. It is friendly and professional, no complaints at all there. The restaurant, lobby and back garden are all nice places to sit and rest for a bit. The bed was also clean and comfortable. We had a pleasant night's sleep. Now for the points that they could stand to work on... The carpeting in the hotel is filthy and very old looking, both in the hallways and rooms. There is a bit of a smell in emanating from said carpet that made me think they are covering an unpleasant carpet odor with an equally unpleasant industrial cleaning fragrance. The funiture in the rooms is pretty cheap and dated looking, and our room wasn't air conditioned. We slept with the window open, so no harm, no foul there. I will say that the shower was nice, the products in it were full, and the towels were soft. But generally an underwhelming room. To recap, if you get a good price it's a decent place to sleep, and the staff was helpful and friendly. Just don't expect to be blown away by the accommodations when you get to the room. Its more of a place to drop your bags and hit the town.
