We were very happy with our stay at this hotel. The service was excellent from start to finish — friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The room was clean, fresh, and comfortable. The location was fantastic, close to everything we needed, and the hotel was very good value for money. We would definitely stay here again. A lovely surprise was the souvenir we received at check-out, which was a thoughtful and personal touch that really added to the experience. Highly recommended!

Had a lovely stay for New Years at the Hotel. Greeted with amazing service and they even attended us by changing our initial room to suit our preference and has been so kind throughout. The location is so good, and everything was complete. Thank you and will definitely come again

Room is clean and within walking distance to many sights in Amsterdam. The only thing is it is small especially if you have large luggage. Mike at the front desk welcomed us and took care of us throughout our stay. He had wonderful suggestions for restaurants for breakfast and dinner and they were both fabulous.

Had a really pleasant stay here! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and were so kind to upgrade our room when they found out that we travelled because it was our Birthday. They also went out of their way to give us flowers for our Birthday as well as make sure we had everything we needed. The room itself was quite nice, but seemed a bit older so some parts of it (like the shower for example) was a bit rickety. But all in all it was such a great stay and we're so happy to have stayed here!

I stayed for 3 nights and I really enjoyed it, the staff are lovely and very welcoming. The only issue we had with the room was the tv it wasn’t working properly and was not fixed in the stay but we was not too fussed as we was out most of the day. We ate at the restaurant at the hotel the food was okay But the waitress was nothing but helpful and checking on us made us feel very welcoming. The hotel was in a good spot close to everything so I would definitely recommend the hotel x

Amazing location, price was reasonable, staff was very nice and helpful. Hotel has a restaurant and bar. Shower didn’t have door which lead to a few water messes. Our room was underground and was a bit noisy (our room was directly under the lobby). If you don’t like noise don’t pick a room underground. Overall great stay, would recommend.

I lost my Kindle behind a shelf that was attached to the wall right before my flight. They kindly helped me retrieve it by unscrewing the cabinet and gave the device to one of my colleagues who brought it back to me. I think this was a great example of the service mindedness of the hotel staff!
