I got a very bad experience in this hotel. The rooms are so clean and for the price I payed they are ok. But the service , the worse I ever have in my entire life.
The have a heater in each room and in my room I got one and how i live in EEUU I didn’t know how I turn it on, and this was my first problem, the owner told me you can turn like all the heaters but I said I don’t know sorry and he turn in on for me. But he was a little upset about my first question.
The next day I went to take my breakfast and I ask the lady was giving to us the coffee if they have any lactose free milk because I’m allergic to, and her response was you need to bring your own milk. I was very surprise for the rude response, and I want to said something to her and she told me I’m so busy and she left.
The last reason I give to them 1 start is because when I went to take a shower, they didn’t have shampoo and conditioner, only soap, and I though they forget to put it and I went to the lobby to ask, and she told me in so bad manner we don’t put shampoo only soap, and I said I so rare and she told me, I was good with you yesterday and today mam. Something I espectro for me. Conclusion. U ask for the return of my money for the next day, they return me the money and the owner later, send me one so rude text tell in me is the best think I can do leave the hotel, and he already was a people rented the room.
If you go to this place, so clean… but the customer service sucks. Very very, bad. I cannot put zero start but I really thinks is a zero star review.
