Positive: • The staff is really kind, and the rooms are nice and clean. Negative: • The location is great for parties and nightlife, but it was hard to fall asleep. There was too much noise, and they could improve the soundproofing.

Great customer service from the reception staff who were attentive to our needs and went above and beyond. Decent sized rooms. Good location near a lot of good bars and restaurants and a short taxi ride to the historic centre. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Staff is nice, hotel is clean but isolation is terrible. Very very very noisy. We could hear the bar downstairs all night and so as the cars the ac from the neighbor … I mean it’s impossible to sleep a nightmare

Beautiful hotel with dreamy gardens, wonderful artwork, and lovely architecture. Incredibly friendly staff, comfortable rooms. Location can't be beat. Walking distance to a beach, plenty of bars and restaurants, a couple of nightclubs. We loved our stay here.

If you are used to a hotel that has service, care about the guests, has a decent size room and and not a cramming shower this is not a place for you. The worse part is the service. The only person that will help you is the guard by the gate/garage entrance. Once you are inside you can talk to the walls.

Wonderful hotel in a lovely older building. The staff, especially housekeeping and reception, are friendly and extremely efficient, and the prices are very reasonable. As others mentioned, the hotel's location is ideal, especially if one wishes to dine in oceanfront restaurants. The mini-beach a minute away from the hotel is also quite attractive.

Amazing, beautiful place, delicious breakfast, friendly staff. I wish I could have stayed longer

We recently stayed 3 nights in this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed it. Additions were skillfully made to the original building about 30 years ago and the result is an attractive blend of the old and the modern. Our room was large and quite comfortable. The location is excellent: 5 minute walk to many restaurants , bars and cafes. One block from the ocean and magnificent sunsets. Highly recommended.
