Stayed for 3 days at Ceiba tops lodge. Everything looks amazing there, excellent rooms and surroundings. Good food and comfort. The staff is very welcoming and respectful. The tours are much better than other companies, speed boats, good attractions. Adriano, the guide that I had is top. Well mannered, respectful, careful, well knowledgeable, always with a smile on his face, good vibe.

This was a fantastic amazing experience. Our guide, Percy, knew every bird, fish, flower, plant, insect, creature, and explained everything very well. Our boatman, Pikkachu, was very skilled at finding new places to fish. Their joy and love of the Amazon River was infectious. We fished for pirahna, saw pink and bottle-nosed dolphins, walked the canopy trail, explored, visited. We learned so much and felt completely safe and well cared for. |The lodge itself is gorgeous. Lovely pool, nice rooms with a/c, and beautiful paths to walk around. Meals in the large screened in dining room were great. Very fresh food. |If you want a 5-star resort, go somewhere else. But if you want to experience the Amazon Basin from local guides, you will not be disappointed!

😊: Amazing luxury in the middle of the jungle. Includes hotel, 3 meals, a guide per group (if you book alone - you get a personal guide) with 2 activities (can be 1 or 3 if it is longer or shorter than normal) every day. Activities are personalized - you get to choose from a big list of options. Hotel itself is like a paradise - lots of exotic tropical flowers, sometimes wild animals (birds, lizards, small mokeys, etc) come to visit. Absolute beauty. The staff (hotel staff, bar, guides, boat drvers) is super nice - they are really there for you.. 😢: No wifi in a room (only in the lobby/bar/dining area). You still get some signal in the pool though. Alcohol is expensive..

I had an amazing experience in the Amazon thanks to my wonderful guide, Adriano Pérez. I’m so happy I got to explore this incredible place with someone so knowledgeable and kind. Adriano showed me a wide variety of wildlife — birds, monkeys, and many fascinating insects. One of the highlights was when he patiently helped me search for river dolphins, which we eventually found after quite some time!||He was patient, helpful, and made sure I felt safe and comfortable throughout the entire journey. I highly recommend choosing Adriano if you’re planning a trip to the Amazon. You’ll be in great hands!

Rooms with hot water and air conditioning. The lounge and dining hall are natural air, with thatched roofing and screens. This is as close to nature as most folks will want to get, and we had no problems with insects. (Of course, we took proper precautions ourselves.) Food can get monotonous after a few days' stay (can you say Dorado?) The pool was nice and all the staff were outgoing.

Our group was 15 people. Abelardo and Percy were our guides. They gave us an incredible experience, teaching about their culture in the Amazon Rainforest in Peru. Their deep knowledge, kindness, and passion for this amazing place made every adventure unforgettable. But beyond that, the care and attention they delivered to each of us was truly remarkable—they went above and beyond to ensure we were safe, engaged, and fully immersed in the beauty of the rainforest.|It was so heartfelt. They love what they do and know how to make your experience unforgettable. |We highly recommend booking with and staying at Ceiba Tops! The accommodations, food, staff are top notch!!|So grateful for this once in a lifetime experience - Susan Williams ❤️

Loved the location right on the Amazon River! Nice, clean rooms, and great hiking trails. Only wish was wi-fi in the rooms instead of just the dining hall. Food was ok.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights as an extension of a Machu Picchu and Galapagos tour sponsored by Smithsonian Journeys. As expected, the hotel was a bit rustic but still nice. There was internet in the dining room. Our room was basic but had the most important thing- air conditioning! The food was very good and we enjoyed meeting at the bar before dinner. Our guide, Cesar, was outstanding. He took us on a canopy walk, piranha fishing, and to see pink dolphins. At the request of a teacher in our group of seven travelers, he had the boat driver take us to a random village where we hiked to a three room schoolhouse. The children had no idea we were coming and were enchanting. Cesar was very observant. He called our attention to animals and plants that we did not notice. He made us feel very safe. The Amazon was a wonderful experience on our trip to South America.
