Staff were very friendly and had no trouble storing our luggage before and after we checked in. The room was small, but that was expected. Comfy beds and a cosy space to relax in after a day of exploring. Clean, modern and really calm atmosphere just off of the busy streets. There’s a nice coffee shop by the lobby where you can sit and plan your day. The metro was only a short walk from the hotel which made getting around easy. Would stay again :)

Really nice little boutique hotel in the heart of Shinjuku. 7 minute walk from Shinjuku station, even as a first timer to Tokyo. Staff are incredibly friendly, price is reasonable and rooms are functional. I had a double room which might be a bit tight for 2 people it was perfect for 1 person. Perhaps upgrade to a deluxe if you are a couple of 2. The bar/cafe is nice but isn’t very lively. Maybe the bar area is open outside of the rainy season but there wasn’t really anywhere to sit at a bar and socialize. 7/11 a block away, laundry on site, and basically everything you would need. Highly recommended!

I think this place is pretty new, which might explain why the rooms are so nicely done and the service is great and you are like a few blocks from Shinjuku station and the price is very affordable. They also have a cool roof deck and vending machines and laundry. it’s a good place.

The hotel was alright. I knew the room was small beforehand but this was really small. I never stayed in such a small room so it was really uncomfortable if you come with two luggages and you cant even put them anywhere. Under the bed there is some space but not if your suitcase is a bit bigger. I don’t recommend staying in shinjuku either. Its chaotic and not so comfortable walking back at night if you are a women.

Small hotel off the beaten track, but great for those new to Tokyo. Clean rooms, comfy beds. Great service at the linked cafe. Not on the beaten track, but I loved my stay here. Great staff, great accommodation, highly recommend.

We are a mid 20s german couple travelling together - we stayed in Hotel Cen for 4 days in a 2 person room. The hotel staff was very nice and good with english. They were also very knowledgable about the surrounding area and could give good first pointers when we were lost. The rooms are very clean and are - for what we expected from Tokyo - average in size. You are kinda expected to live out of your suitcase (which you can push under the bed when not using it) but that was fine with us. Yes the bedroom integrated toilet and shower (although separatable by courtains) are more meant for couple accomondations. So if you are not that open with your room partner in that regard, best book separate rooms. The hotel area is very quiet - which was perfect for us after busy days exploring Tokyo. All in all - perfect hotel for what we expected for a city trip where most of the time is spent outside anyways. The small fridge and electric kettle were nice for breakfast and storing some snacks in between.

Hotel with nice efficient design by Japanese NAOI architects. With terrace in a court. Rooms are small for two but sanitary is very good and tidy. Location is just outside the most busy streets and close to station to reach the whole city. Service and diversity filosofy is an extra raison to book. We stayed for 7 nights.
