We popped in for breakfast only, so I cannot rate hotel part. Breakfast was really tasty: eggs wonder and Benedict. Served INCREDIBLY fast. As you can see in the pictures - they were also a feast for eyes. Restaurant prides itslef in serving Instagram coffee. So we took hazelnut one. Very sweet, but also nice. Overall a good place to go to, especially that it was open as of 7.30 on bank holiday.

Great hotel with smiling staff. I like it's location too, paid parking was only 1 door behind. But it was weird and annoying to hear iron cutting in the morning 07:00 outside. People can ask for a rest early in the morning...

Check in was quick and easy. Receptionist was very friendly, gave us a map & circled all the best things to do around the city. |The room was pleasant at first view, negatives below section. |In the center of the city, 8 mins to the old town. |Great value for money. ||Negatives |Blinds were basically see through so when the sun rose, the room was very very bright. |The aircon doesn’t work. It is stuck at 26 degrees & cannot change that to be colder. |Payment in cash was odd.. not sure why they don’t accept card. |Rooms on first floor had a thin partition between them so can hear everything in other rooms.

Close to old town but also very close to the train station and many bus stops, so it is very loud and bright. The rooms on floor 1 appear to have been subdivided with a thin partition not a full wall.. so again you can hear everything next door. Internet was good though.

The most wonderful thing is the staff, who try very hard to make the guest enjoy their staying. The furniture, textiles, technical equipment - everything is new and in ideal condition. There are pubs and restaurants around: it can be too noisy in the night for sensitive people. For me, it was ok with closed windows. The design is very nice, but the lack of complete separation between the bedroom and the sanitary room is not to everyone's liking.

Okay. This hotel is maybe the most well thought and modern hotel I have been to until now. I have been to many 2- to 4- star hotels over the last few years. The good: This hotel does stand out in many ways. The communication is really quick. The receptionists are really sweet, and they primed us about the city as soon as we reached. We were informed that we can simply grab as many bottles of water for free while coming or going which is a very sweet gesture. The features in the room are excellent. Though the rooms are slightly small, it does not feel congested. The location is perfect. The color palette of the rooms is awesome! They have touch screen lights to switch on lights, do not disturb and to request service. The internet is really fast. The room comes with a folder with recommendations of places to eat, we followed exactly those and these were perfect, unbiased and helpful recommendations. When we left the hotel, they gave us gifts! So sweet! So well thought. What is missing- Payments need to be done in cash. We would have liked to not carry so much cash around. Especially when cards were accepted everywhere else in Lubljana. They are not a classic hotel, so there is no restaurant, no breakfasts, no laundry service, and no iron boards. While I did not miss the food, I did miss out on other services.

The reason for me to go for this hotel was its central location, in walking distance to bus and train station on one side and to the old town on the other. The start was good: a free transfer from the quite far away airport was included, then a very friendly young lady checked me in, also giving me plenty of information, especially about restaurants. Going up by elevator (no other choice from the reception) to the first floor and then up a quite narrow staircase to the second floor, I found a pleasant room facing the Slovenska Avenue.||Since I quite liked this room I asked to get, if possible, the same one for my return, but it was not be. Instead I was given a tiny room on the first floor facing the backside (apparently the hotel was booked out). In this room I was not happy at all. There was hardly any storage space for anything and just a very small wardrobe by the entrance door. My suitcase and shoes I had to leave between the double bed and the glass wall of the bathroom. Temperature was a constant 24° C (which could not be changed and which was too much for me at night) and there was a green light blinking constantly from the smoke detector on the ceiling. Mentioning this to the reception a technician came, but he didn't manage to change anything.||Breakfast was included, but since the hotel not only has no lobby, but also no restaurant, it had to be taken at a nearby café. Start was at 8am, when there was a queue already outside. Out of six times I only went there once, since the start is too late, if one goes on excursions as I did. Luckily I was at the hotel also on Sundays, when the café is closed and breakfast has to be taken as of 7am at a hotel about 500m away, where there was a nice buffet. There are tea and coffee making facilities in the room, but useless for me, since I don't like the '3 in 1' Jacobs sachets, where coffee is combined with milk powder and sugar.||There was a not very ecological daily change of towels and in the bathroom there were no soap bars or liquid soap dispensers, just small plastic bottles as for shampoo as well. The floor in the room on the other hand never saw a dry cleaner during my stay. Strange for a hotel in a European capital city is also the fact that only cash payment is accepted, something I had seen for the last time at 'rooms to rent' on remote Greek islands.

No parking space, reception is empty(need to call and wait). Cash only, no credit cards! Breakfast is served in a restaurant outside of the hotel but that opens only at 8am - no breakfast for you before that! Elevator holds 1 person only. Rooms are tiny for 1 person already. Room has one usable power outlet only. Positive: although tiny, room has a modern clean bathroom and clean beds.
