Hotel Center Ljubljana

15 minutes from the bus terminal by walking, at first the entrance was a little bit confused to find, but once I got in, I was welcomd by a kind and professional staff at the reception. The hotel provides water for free, which is very helpful for travelers. I got into the room and found a little welcome gift - a cute cake! The room was not that big, but I liked the bed and the bathroom. Also, the sofa and wooden bench(?) were comfortable. The overall atmosphere was somewhat characteristic, and I liked it. The breakfast is 10 euro with a la carte, and I had egg Benedict, which was good enough. Also, when I checked out, they gave a paper bag with a couple of bottles of water and beverage and a little pack of Piran salt for a goodbye gift, which was a nice surprise! The down points are that you have to pay only in cash, and the backyard of my room was noisy at night with teenagers playing when I stayed. In general, I had a nice experience. I would go here again if I visit Ljubljana again.

Nice, modern room with bench and a good bed. Very modern, good shower. ||Location is allright, just a short walk to the centre. Parking garage nearby, shops and food as well. ||I forgot a coat. It has been sent to me without costs. Good service. Thank you Ilja.||Breakfast is special and chosen from a menu. The place is filled with flowers, nice! ||Just one peculiarity: apart from all the modernities, payment is at the moment only possible with cash.

The best staff I have ever come across and I am quite a traveler. Very helpful, very nice, making the guest feeling at home like, really. The hotel is an excellent example how a small space can be utilized wisely. The room is comfortable, the bed is comfortable, there are blackout curtains ( which is essential after a long flight, u know:) Centrally positioned, easy to access, I cannot reccomend it enough!

Check in was quick and easy. Receptionist was very friendly, gave us a map & circled all the best things to do around the city. |The room was pleasant at first view, negatives below section. |In the center of the city, 8 mins to the old town. |Great value for money. ||Negatives |Blinds were basically see through so when the sun rose, the room was very very bright. |The aircon doesn’t work. It is stuck at 26 degrees & cannot change that to be colder. |Payment in cash was odd.. not sure why they don’t accept card. |Rooms on first floor had a thin partition between them so can hear everything in other rooms.

We popped in for breakfast only, so I cannot rate hotel part. Breakfast was really tasty: eggs wonder and Benedict. Served INCREDIBLY fast. As you can see in the pictures - they were also a feast for eyes. Restaurant prides itslef in serving Instagram coffee. So we took hazelnut one. Very sweet, but also nice. Overall a good place to go to, especially that it was open as of 7.30 on bank holiday.

Mostly run by girlss:-) Reception & Service.. very kind. Breakfast ( 9eurs for an awesome breakfast) totally recommend. Bathroom has the most beautiful marble, but extremely small & no seperation between shower & toilet... so if u shower it reached the toilet & all was wet. Also no storage room in the bathroom. But best part was how it smelled when we first checked-in..awesomeeee. A bin would have been nice in the room. There was just one in the bathroom. Comfy beds... Thanks

Its very amazing place with comfy bedroom, bathroom is perfect, we had everything. Breakfast was in a cool coffeshop next to the hotel. (They are partners with)

Disappointing dark small room, but worse was the bathroom which stank of sewage throughout our three day stay. Also, we were given room on second floor which meant navigating about 20 steep wooden steps - no lift. Hard work for older people. Only good thing is nice breakfast (which costs extra) in cafe next door. Wouldn't stay at this hotel again unless could guarantee room easier to get to and clean drains
