Breakfast was unacceptable: The fruit served was visibly rotten. When I politely raised this with a staff member, she responded dismissively with “so just don’t eat it.” The eggs were green and clearly spoiled, raising serious concerns about hygiene and food safety. There was also no drinking water anywhere in the hotel.
Customer service was hostile: The staff were consistently rude and unhelpful. On the day of checkout, a hotel worker came banging on the door at 10:55 AM, yelling “You have 5 minutes, get out. I don’t care.” They were inflexible with even a minute’s leeway before check-in or after checkout.
Poor room conditions: The room had an odd smell and no air conditioning, no basic toiletries—no shampoo, body wash, or even hand soap. To make things worse, the room was infested with red ants. My travel companions and I suffered multiple bites and skin irritation.
Unprofessional environment: Staff behaved casually and unprofessionally, even allowing their dog to roam freely in the lobby area.
This was by far the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I do not recommend staying here to anyone—especially if you value cleanliness, hospitality, or basic comfort. Find another hotel, do not stay here or waste your money here.
