Hotel Central

Hotel Central has been selected by my work. I have now stayed here for a considerable amount of times over a 3 year period. (i.e 3 weeks at a time followed by 3 weeks home then return for another 3 weeks)|I can admit to this hotel being a home away from home. |The receptionists are second to none, and treat you like family.|The efforts the hotel go too are way beyond which I have experienced in other countries. |No problem to small not to be addressed, not that I have actually experienced many.|Bed is comfy, room is clean, towels replaced daily. |Thoroughly recommend as a place to stay. Maybe I should not write that as I might therefore struggle to get a room in future haha.|keep up the standards and see you all soon

It’s a neat, very clean and in the center of the city. Staff attention was excellent, restaurant food was delicious, and breakfast buffet was also good. I’d come back to this hotel again. The room was highly clean and neat. Thanks very much

We stayed at 6th floor , these rooms are not 4 star , AC was disturbing and badly located on the wall in front of the bad..room was hot when we arrived (summer time) beds are not confortabile, bathroom is clean but with some mold smell, breakfast is somehow ok but lacks of gluten free products, I didn’t visited the spa area. I lost a T-shirt, personnel was kind to gave it to a known person.

Hotel is not half bad. Friendly and helpful staff, good location on Ploieste Downtown. Quite uncomfortable are the blocked parking pitches in Front of the Hotel. No place to leave the car during check-inn

The nicest hotel in Ploiesti. Located in the heart of the city makes it easier to explore what Ploiesti has to offer! Friendly and professional staff!

Very rude reception staff -Ana Maria. Check out is 12 pm , we’ve been called in the room 11.15 that we have to go cause apparently they have a large group and they have to clean the rooms. So why is this my problem?! I was not late for check out. Some customer service training is highly reccomended

I had a great time at Hotel Central because my room was big and comfortable, while its services (restaurant, laundry, reception, housekeeping) were indeed very good! There's a nice little mall right next to it where you are almost guaranteed to find what you're looking for, whether it's an item or something to it. There is a pleasant square right across from it for promenades, and important buildings around that are nice to see or visit. All in all, I cannot find anything about my stay that didn't please me.

Excellent service. The ladies at the front desk were amazing answering promptly and professionally to all my requests. Andrea in particular went out of her way to make my four day stay very pleasant. Will recommend to friends and acquintances.
