Perfect central location—easy walking distance to transport, shops, and restaurants. Rooms are clean and comfortable . A nice spa & gym. What stands out is the staff: truly humane, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile. What a lovely hotel perfectly located on the middle of Sarajevo downtown, 2 min. walk from the charming old town and with restaurants, coffee shops and shopping all around. The staff were super friendly and fun and made me feel at home. I stayed for several days and enjoyed it more every day. An excellent fitness center. I didn’t try the swimming pool. Breakfast was decent and they made me a packed breakfast a morning when I was traveling before the breakfast opened. I had a comfortable, big bed and a bathtub! (Not all rooms have bath tubs, so check out if it’s available). Clean and well equipped. Thank you all for a great stay!

It was my first time to Sarajevo and we wanted to find a hotel which is central to our itinerary. The hotel name exactly fits the purpose. After heavy shopping days, the rooms, service, food, and spa were the much required mediums to truly relax. Free breakfast was a cherry on the cake. Special mention for Alma at reception for making our check-in and check-outs seamless and fun. Kudos to my masseuse - Semra. She outdid herself with my bodypain and ensured we have good night's sleep after enduring long walks all day.

I stayed at Hotel Central for 3 nights this week. The location was perfect for exploring Sarajevo. Loads of shops, restaurants, bars and museums nearby. It's about a 20 minute drive from the airport.|Check in was fast and the receptionist was lovely, so were all the staff I met during my stay.|My 7th floor room was very clean and the housekeeping was outstanding. Plenty of tea/coffee, storage space and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was modern and well designed although the shower curtain wasn't big enough to stop water splashing onto the floor.|There was a problem with my door but this was resolved during the stay.|Breakfast is included although I never eat breakfast so can't comment on it. There's an excellent health club/ spa with an indoor pool. |All in all, I'd highly recommend a stay at the Hotel Central.

The hotel doesn't have a king-size bed. They push two single beds together and sell them as king-size beds. When you arrive at the hotel later, you're disappointed. There are no double bedding in the rooms. The curtains on the windows don't cover them. The bathroom sink constantly overflows. The staff is generally polite, but they don't solve your problems. You can see from the photos how dirty the environment is. It's not worth the money you pay. I have never stayed in a worse hotel.

The Location was fantastic - heart of the city centre and walking distance to the old town - couldn't have been better. A clean and modern hotel with everything we needed. Highly recommended, if we do return (and we definitely plan to, God-willing), we would stay here again..||The Staff were amazing - Dajana, Arnes, Evan and Alma in particular.||Dajana for example went above and beyond expectations and was very quick to help us and facilitate our requirements when they arose - she is an asset to the hotel and a big reason we would return as she looked after us all, which was a big support as we travelled with 2 young children.||Highly recommended hotel.

Lemon tours booked this hotel and I had such a bad experience. The checkin was delayed because the room wasn’t ready. I booked a spa/massage and I booked with a female and upon arrival I was told man will providing the massage. I had clearly mentioned on booking I need a female therapist yet my request was ignored. Took them 15 mins get a female and the therapist that arrived had an attitude as if I was getting a massage for free. My advice don’t book here if you are expecting money worth spent! Totally disappointed and felt extremely disrespected.

I had a lovely stay at Hotel Central. It is peaceful and relaxing. The bedrooms are nice, spacious, comfortable and clean. The double glazing keeps street noise at a minimum with music stopping at midnight anyway. I enjoyed using the pool and the spa facilities. There is a lovely breakfast included. |The hotel is perfectly located close to the old town.|What made this hotel special were the staff. There was a problem with my room, and it was resolved quickly and efficiently. Titiana, Diana and Alma were all fantastic in making my stay so special. A big thank you to them. |Hvala!
