located in the hart of Crans-Montana, 2 min walking to the ski lifts. the best restaurants in town are within few min walking distance. the staff is very friendly and cooperative. the bar is verz cosy. once you are there dont miss the experience in the well being center Vagheggi with various therapies, sauna and hammam. i hardly recommand this place

We love Hotel Central so so much! This is our sixth year returning to Crans Montana and our second time staying at hotel central! Bea and Paul made us feel like we were coming back home. Our entire stay, for the second time, was absolutely perfect. They also treated our little doggy like a VIP guest both times! We highly highly recommend this hotel. The other two ladies (Margarida is one) are also sooo accommodating and wonderful and they make great drinks and cappuccinos haha. The blonde housekeeping lady is wonderful and kind. The hotel is a one minute walk (not even) to the escalator that leads straight to the gondola. Perfect for skiers and snowboarders. We love this hotel and we will absolutely be back.

We stayed in this hotel as a family. I must say this hotel has the friendliest personnel i have ever met. Incredibly flexible and friendly. We booked the weekend without checking the weather, but they allowed us to come later in the same month for the same price. I have also forgotten my glasses when we left, and they immediately sent it to my home address. Many thanks for your kindness and hospitality.

This hotel was excellent for my 5 night stay to follow the European golf Masters. Spacious and clean room with an excellent self service buffet breakfast enough to set you up for the day. Friendly and helpful staff. Would not hesitate to use again

Cons: Hotel is not big as the photos shown. The website show a smart and elegant hotel, when it looks mournful a tad, and smaller, for real. Rooms looks SMALLER, they have a gloomy look a tad, when the web show photos of a bright 5 ***** stars and smart hotel, BUT IT’S NOT, No lobby 24/24h. No daytime parking for clients. Private parking is available nearby, but for 1 CHF per hour!

Our group of nine golfers stayed here whilst we went to play golf at Crans San Sierre in September 2019 and we were happy with the accommodation. Our rooms were clean and spacious enough, the welcome was friendly and the continental breakfast was simple but effective enough. Parking was an issue as they don't have any on site but there was an underground one just across the road. If you are staying in Crans Montana, this is a perfect place to choose. When I return to the area, I would not hesitate to stay here again

Perfect place to come, my sister and I came here for New Years. Paul attentively helped us during our stay with all of our needs, especially with change of plans. We will definitely come back and thanks for such a pleasant stay!

We stayed here for one night and fell in love with the hotel. We arrived late and the hotel manager welcomed us with a smile and warm welcome.||She kept the bar open for us for a little while longer whilst we unpacked - very kind and really thoughtful.|Breakfast was fresh and plentiful ||Great hotel and great hospitality!
