Hotel Centrale

We travelled to gambaria expecting a choice of restaurents. It qas at end of season so only this hotel open.. we arrived when service was finished (end of lunch). However they openes the kitchen for us and rhe food was delicious. Ravioli ...nduja past...vongole. The host was friendly and welcoming. A very unexpected but excellent experience.

The family run hotel is really cosy. They were all very nice and accomodating. I was extremely impressed with their cooking. Sooooo delicious, soooo homemade ... I was always looking forward for the every evening surprise of food I was presented. ||Rooms are clean. ||Walls are really thin and you can here everything from the next room. Infact I use to speak with my friend which was in next room without raising my voice as if she was in same room. In this case it was convenient. :)

Very friendly hotel, room was clean with a good sized balcony outside from the room and very reasonably priced. Hotel staff were helpful for bike storage and leaving early in the morning. Good sized breakfast in the morning to keep you going until lunch with decent variety. Dinner was outstanding, so tasty - something to look forward to after a long day cycling and hiking; again at good prices.

While visiting Gambarie for a day trip, our group of 8 had lunch here. The staff was very accomodating. The service was good considering the amount of people who were dining at the time. The food was very good for hotel food and the price and quality overall was also good. They brought us some complimentary fried zucchini flowers and they were delicious! The decor and ambiance was also very nice.

Very nice hotel the rooms are equiped with all you need ,the aircondition system is excellent.Outside tempreture was freezing with lot of snow and in the hotel the tempreture was 28 centigrade excellent central heating. I was on full board and the food is fantastic one of the best foods i ever had.The people of the hotel are very welcome and always ready to help you.The hotel is equipped with almost everything well fitness centre and very good large restaurant with mouthwatering food,a large cafeteria and a fantastic living area with more than one fireplace.We went with our own car overland from Malta and it is very easy to acess the hotel.The hotel is up on a mountain and in winter time it is fantastic for skiing.The place is very safe and this is my 4th time that i visited this place always in this hotel.My next visit for sure will be in this great hotel.A big thank you to Enzo Priolo and all his staff.

A lovely hotel and amazing wellness centre. The owners so friendly and helpful. Restaurant food excellent. Hotel perfectly situated for ski lift, ski hire shop right on centre of the village. Great value for money. Can't wait to visit again.

Excellent service, excellent food. Very friendly staff and always help full. The organisation was very good as well as the animators they entertained both adults and children alike. Very beautiful spa , spectacular views .

Everything fine, annoying that there was no laundry service.
