I had very low expectations after reading the reviews. I even went in prepared with cleaning supplies. But it turned out to be better than expected. The room looked decent. My bed was comfortable. There was hot water. The shower was broken at the bottom, but that didn’t bother us. We stayed with five people. There was little space for suitcases, but we managed. The breakfast was a bit scarce by my standards—only sweet options. I prefer savory foods or milk and cereal, but they only had jam, bread, and croissant-like pastries, some with filling. The location is perfect—about a 5-minute walk to Termini station. There’s also another metro station nearby. Nice restaurants in the area too, and you can order delivery with Glovo. Overall, a fine hotel. Literally what you’d expect for the price. The landlady was super nice. Most people in Italy don’t speak English well, not even young people, but she could express herself easily, and we understood each other. The people were very hospitable.

In general this was a pleasant stay, considering the price was reasonable for the hotel and the staff was friendly. But as we are digital nomads, we need good wifi. Unfortunately in our room, the wifi was not working at all. As we arrived late at night, we did not have the energy to go ask and to move to another room, instead we used our mobile data. For this price there should be decent wifi in every single room though. Thing to improve. It was also very hard to bring our luggage up the stairs on the 3rd floor as there was no elevator.

It is truly a very successful and sympathetic business. When I came to Rome, I wanted to stay here with its affordable price and beautiful concept. The lady owner of the business was very polite, smiling and caring. She served a nice espresso. It was a very sweet gesture and the lady's conversation was very nice. The rooms were quite clean. Clean towels were provided and the linens were also very clean. I was very pleased. Both the employees and the business were very nice. If I go again, I'm sure I'll choose this place again. I was purified from all my bad energies with their good energies. Moreover, it is close to the train station. An affordable accommodation for a comfortable daily stay.

It was a good hotel in relation to price quality. We stayed in a room with a shared toilet, the toilets on the corridor were cleaned every day, but people on our floor used the toilet inhumanely. Despite this, the housekeeping staff cleaned every day. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. You can buy water, coffee, breakfast at the front desk. Also from them you could order dinner to the hotel or even a cab. Also, the entrance to the hotel and the ceilings in some of the rooms are very classy.

It was a perfect price performance hotel compared to the amount we paid. It was the best place we could stay with our student budget. We stayed in a shared toilet room, the toilets were cleaned every day, but the people on our floor were using the toilet in an inhumane way. Despite this, the cleaning staff were cleaning every day. hotel staff was very polite and helpful. Also, the entrance of the hotel and the ceilings of some rooms are very stylish.

Nice hotel, located in the city center. The staff there is friendly and professional, they were ready to help in every situation, call a taxi to the airport, since in Rome at midnight this is almost impossible, they helped order food to your room from a restaurant. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. For breakfast there is a delicious croissant, coffee, juices, toast, etc. I recommend the hotel, for this price you won’t find a better one in the center!

The location is in a very rural cheap scammy place of the city, and some of the rooms don't even have a shower or a toilet. And if they do: the shower doors are very different from every room to shower doors and window covers??? And the shower head is too low for an average sized man. The toilets aren't seated completely well and you can't drink from the sinks and it spills automatically on the floor due to a leak. Some rooms don't have an airco and the TV is barely working but with no need for it. They don't have enough breakfast for everybody (all you can eat? Nope.) and it's not clean. The flow of the rooms and the always on heating is horrible.

I stayed here number of years back, mostly because it was close to the train station. The pizzeria across the street is quite good. I arrived at this hotel after a pretty tiring flight across the Atlantic, and a day spent walking around Amsterdam. When I arrived at this hotel, which I had booked many weeks prior, I was told my room was not available as the previous guest decided not to vacate. instead, I got pushed down the street to some other place. I was tired, very tired, and exhausted from the trip. And yes, I lost it on the guy at the counter. I don’t know what the point of, just that one room of being available, and then a guest can say they want to stay even if it’s reserved. Anyway, I went to Pompeii the next day, and when I got back, my bags were in my room. Overall it was reasonable as I had a private room, but I had to share the bathroom. I don’t know about the staff, I just remembered the guy behind the counter, looking at me, terrified while I lost it on him. If somebody books, have the room available.
