Big, clean and well furnished room, 1 double plus sofa bed. Also has full kitchen. Super quiet, awesome balcony views if you get a room facing the mountains. Staff very nice, speaks great English. Breakfast is small but has cooked to order eggs 3 ways.

This is a wonderful smaller hotel with lovely helpful staff that speak English very well. The rooms are large with plenty of cupboard space and have a mini fridge and kettle. Breakfasts were simple but delicious with eggs to order. The pool is large and fabulous after hiking.|Everything is very expensive in St Moritz but there is a very handy Co Op at the bottom of the hill that has excellent take home meals. We spent 5 days doing self guided hikes and the bus/cable car/chair lifts etc were brilliant, easy to navigate and free because of the Transport Pass given to us by the Hotel Manager. The scenery from the top is breath taking and thoroughly recommend this beautiful town for walking.

A truly amazing stay - Although I traveled alone, I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable. I would certainly come back here with friends and family. ||The hotel is clearly a labor of love, with serious investment and attention to detail being made over the years resulting in an incredibly clean, modern yet charming and traditional space. ||All of the staff a lovely and very accommodating, giving information on the local area and willing to make bookings and reservations for activities. ||If travelling for winter sports, it is very much ski-in, ski-out, with just a short run down to the main lift in the morning. ||Breakfast is continental with eggs cooked to order. Afternoon snacks are offered too which is brilliant and gives opportunity to chat with staff and other residents. ||St.Moritz is very expensive on the whole (but to be presumed) - Hotel Cervus offered incredible value for money when compared with others in the area. Their mid-week ski deal is not to be missed!||Thank you. I will return again!

Last week, our team had the pleasure of experiencing a team-building retreat at the beautiful Hotel Cervus in St. Moritz, Switzerland. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views and the staff's warm hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious stay in the picturesque Swiss Alps.||The hotel manager, Ms. Simone Müller was incredibly nice, friendly, and understanding. She ensured that our stay was smooth and attended to all our needs with great attention to detail. Furthermore, when we encountered an unexpected last-minute cancellation, Ms. Müller was very accommodating and kindly waived the cancellation fee, which was highly appreciated.||The hotel's swimming pool, sauna, and steam bath were among the major factors that drew us to stay at Hotel Cervus. These facilities proved exceptional and provided an excellent way to unwind and bond as a team after our busy days.||Our rooms at the hotel were stunning. They were spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated with tasteful decors. The well-equipped amenities in every room made our stay even more comfortable. It's no exaggeration to say that these were some of the most beautiful rooms we have ever experienced in Switzerland.||During our overnight stay, we were treated to a delicious breakfast in the morning, featuring freshly made croissants and eggs cooked to order. The attention to detail and commitment to quality was evident in this memorable dining experience.||In conclusion, our stay at Hotel Cervus in St. Moritz was genuinely unforgettable. The combination of the hotel's luxurious facilities, the attentive staff, and the enchanting surroundings made for a perfect team-building retreat. We left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and more connected as a team. I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Cervus to anyone seeking a memorable stay in the beautiful Swiss Alps.

Hotel is located upslope so it will be better to have a car if you have many heavy luggages. About 5 mins walk to the nearest bus stop. Hotel room is very comfortable and cozy. There's hot water kettle and fridge. Hotel also has a nice pool and sauna facilities. Overall a nice stay with friendly staff.

We are a family of 5 with teenagers/uni student “children” staying in 2 rooms. Both rooms were a really good size, clean and modern. Our 4th floor room had a great view looking towards the valley and the piste down. The location is great for skiiing - pretty much ski in and out, and 1 min ski down to main gondola. On the edge of town, but only 6 mins walk to restaurants in St Mauritz Bad and a really good Coop “upmarket” supermarket. We hadn’t realised that we’d have a kitchen in our room - we paid a small supplement to “unlock” access to the kitchen and saved a lot of money by cooking on several nights which suited us really well. Breakfast was great. What really made this hotel for us were the staff - Simone on reception is everywhere all the time, serving breakfast, drinks in the bar, really helpful with advice and friendly . The owner/Manager (not sure which) was really friendly and helpful, checking in with his guests at breakfast - my husband had an injury and they were super helpful and kind. The basement pool was great - about 15 metres long, warm and clean plus great modern saunas and steam room open until 8pm. We really rated this place - particularly the friendly atmosphere, roomy rooms and the flexibility that the kitchenette gave us. Modern but unpretentious, relaxed atmosphere - and good value for St Mauritz.

We had a wonderful time at hotel Cervus. The staff was very kind and helpful. The pool and wellness had a nice ambiance and was easy accessable. Ski-in and ski-out was great as well with max 20mtrs to the slope with the shoe room indoors and the ski room outside along the route to the piste was ideal. We had one of the smaller rooms without the kitchen, but it was good size for 2 person's and included a fridge and water boiler. Vegan breakfast options available upon request. Would definitely recommend, and we ourselves will be back next time as well.

I enjoyed my stay here. Skilift is easy to reach (ski in / out). Breakfast was excellent and there are quite some restaurants around.

Yelp
We stopped by Hotel Cervus for an Engadiner Skimarathon cross-country weekend. It's close to the St. Moritz Bad center, although an uphill walk; it's a long walk or meandering bus ride to the St Moritz Dorf center and bus station. Dinner was outstanding --- salads especially. Breakfast was simple but welcome. For dinner, they do only a single seating (the table's yours for the full evening), so be sure to tell the staff you'll be dining in. They seemed to be out of every dessert we tried to order, but the ice cream we ended up with was tasty. Herr Müller seems to be everywhere at once, serving food, checking guests in, greeting people as he passes them in the stairway. For once, we actually had a car to deal with --- there are a handful of free spaces outside for guests, and the basement garage is CHF 8.
