Hôtel Cézanne

While the location was convenient, my overall experience was disappointing. The room was extremely cramped; although it was clean, it had no drawers or closet space. With my luggage in the room, there was barely any room to move around comfortably. This lack of space significantly impacted my stay, making it less enjoyable than I had hoped. I was traveling on business and needed to store my valuables, but the safe was inoperable. I told them 3times, but no solution. I left one day early.

The air was not cool enough. The toilet room did not smell pleasant. If you are going to advertise parking, you shouldn’t tell guests that you are making an exception to allow parking. We specifically looked for a hotel with parking and then were made to feel uncomfortable.

I chose this property based on location. It was a poor choice, based on a rock hard bed, lousy pillows, small room, and lack of services. The person who checked us in was also the bartender! Horrible red wine, in unacceptable wine glasses. While it was a 10 minute walk from the venue, everything else was unacceptable. Stay away!

Excellent attention from the team, even before arrival. They helped us coordinate cabs and even flowers. Special thanks to Arlette and Elena, always kind and willing to help. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. Good buffet breakfast, they also have express breakfast options for early departures. Very close to the boulevard. 1000% recommended.

I was in town for the festival, and the hotel was like a beacon of calm amongst the madness. On arrival, quite late in the evening, the receptionist was exceptionally helpful in opening up the back door for me where my taxi had dropped me off and this was symptomatic of the excellent service I received throughout my stay. The hotel is clean and well organised and my room was excellent.

Not bad but 4 stars not. Very small rooms and "petites dejuners" not fun at all, but VERY friendly staff .

Very pleased with the room and location of the hotel. Staff were lovely too. Forget the bar, though… nothing going on there!

To be honest, it's a good hotel, and the main reason i rated it 5 starts because they have a very kind and generous employee called CHO, me and my wife we would like to thank you for your services.

The stay here was not bad. However we were in a hurry during our check out. My husband and I were in Cannes for a wedding and when we packed up he forgot his brand new PRADA button up. We called the hotel immediately when we realized. We were told nothing was found but to call in the morning to speak with the management who is also in charge and can see who cleaned the room that day. That says that either the staff that cleaned the room didnt really clean the room allowing the next guest to take it....or that the staff steals things. All is really unacceptable for hotel etiquette. I spoke with the manager he seemed to be of little accommodating help acting he didnt know and the shirt just disappeared into thin air. He should have offered to have a word with his staff but just goes to show the honesty of the staff to for future refernce I would never stay again.
